I get a lot of messages asking me “how did you achieve all that you have…how do you have your life figured out already?” … The truth is, I don’t have my life figured out…and THAT’S OKAY! And I don’t think I will ever have a moment or thought where I feel fully satisfied because I’ll always want to achieve more. Don’t seek the time where “everything is perfect” or “better.” Instead, be present, look within and give yourself the love that you deserve. That’s how you will really get to where you want to be.

Feeling a little bit un-motivated to go to the gym? I’m here to help! Here are some tips I find helpful :)
⭕️ Have a plan! Walk into the gym knowing what you are going to do. Know what area of your body you are training and what circuits you are going to perform! This not only eliminates wasting time, but it will also help you reach your goals and remain consistent! This is exactly why I created my programs on the @fitplanapp, so that there is no guess work for you guys!
⭕️ Pack your gym bag the night before. Lay that cute gym set that makes you feel good, have your water bottle filled and your sneakers all packed. Something about preparing your things the night before holds you accountable to get to the gym.
⭕️ Have a killer playlist! Music moves you and will motivate you to crush your workout. ⭕️ Remind yourself of why you’re working out. Remind yourself that these are the steps you are taking to be the best version of yourself. Remind yourself that hard work pays off and that you can do anything you put your mind to.

Happy #firstdayofsummer AND happy #internationalyogaday! Yoga has brought so much happiness and growth into my life, and has made me a #zenjen - kidding about the last part - but in all seriousness, yoga has challenged me in so many ways and has made me both physically and mentally stronger. I’m not sure what got into me, but last week I baked something new every day. Let’s just say the Selter team was eating well. I wanted to share a few of the recipes I came up with…starting with these 🍪 Coconut Oatmeal Protein Cookies 🍪. These little guys take about 5 minutes to make and 6 minutes to bake, and about 1 second to inhale. I’m a huge cookie lover and these are definitely #selterapproved

INGREDIENTS:
* 1 scoop 🍫 @TheSpartaNutrition Krunchy Krisp Protein 🍫 * 3 cups blended quick oats
* 1/2 tsp baking powder
* 1/2 cup coconut sugar
* 1/2 cup coconut oil
* 1/3 cup oat milk 
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 375 F
2. Place oats in food processor and pulse until they are a flour like consistency.
3. Mix baking powder, salt, sugar, and protein powder together 
4. Add in coconut milk and coconut oil.
5. Mix together until mixture is moistened throughout.
6. Format the dough into 3-5 inch cookies on a baking sheet.
7. Bake for 6 minutes - let cool for 5 minutes - and enjoy!

Consistent self work is key to being the best version of yourself. It takes a lot of focus, time, and energy. A lot of my time is dedicated to my work, so whenever I do have free time, I make sure I am spending it bettering myself or surrounding myself with people who want to help me move towards being my best self!
