    Finding the best lighting for a picture.⁣

I can’t lie, I’ve done this many a time. But is it the right thing to do? I believe if you’re stepping on stage, you need to look good in any lighting you take a picture in, this will move you aside from the rest.⁣

Anyone looks good under good down lighting, vascularity looks better, striations look better etc. In order to own a good physique you need to be pleased with your physique even when the lighting shit. ⁣

For us competing this year, we need to get in the conditioning where this will occur. This goes for males and females. Anyone who is competing this year, let’s fucking push. ⁣

    Weaknesses, everyone has them! What are you gunna do to make it become a strength?

There’s no doubt that everyone has strengths, but the the way you see how a person really is the way they work to strengthen their weaknesses.

Weaknesses should never cripple you, they should show you that you just have to work on things to make yourself become better!

My back was always my weakness when it come to my physique. Muscles not really defined enough, not enough muscle, etc. but I made it my mission to bring up my back to help me complete my physique.

Now I love my back because it makes my physique look complete! Love the process of strengthening your weaknesses!
