- 1 ½ cups Strawberries 🍓
- 2 tbsp Strawberry jam.
- ¼ cup Low-fat Granola
- 2 Whole Strawberries 🍓

Feel free to add your favorite nuts and seeds to it 🤤 Mine are almonds & flaxseeds, what are your favorite? 😊

So, how many times have you gotten home from work & almost finished a bag of chips because you forgot to pack an afternoon snack?!!?! Yea, you know what I am talking about.  Way too many times 🤦‍♀️.

A #healthysnack in the afternoon is a healthy HABIT that helps us control our appetite going into the evening. Skipping those afternoon calories when you want to lose weight is a sure way to NOT lose weight! We get HANGRY, we tend to always overeat at dinner because our appetite is out of control plus we ate the chips and finished the cookies 🍪. So let’s not ignore our hunger cues in the afternoon.  Your body is telling you what it needs, stay in tuned with it.  Preparation is important, pack up those healthy snacks with you to WORK or SCHOOL so you can go home 🏡 in the evening and be in CONTROL.

    A yogurt parfait is an excellent breakfast but it is my most frequent dinner during the week😆. You can eat it any time of the day. Smaller for a snack or more quantity for a meal. It's a complete protein and it has all the macros. Just make sure to use plain greek yogurt and add your favorite fruit and granola for sweetness.

I train in the evening so it's a good thing to eat due to the casein content. Casein is a protein that is digested slowly and hence, it is recommended to consume at night to help repair de muscles while we sleep.
