- This was taken during the block of rowing, notice there& #039 ;s no grimice, no look of struggle, just a case of RBF. The more we grimmace or struggle, the more energy is wasted. Lock in, do what you need to do and get on with it. This goes for the gym, work, school, you name it.
I faster in this workout than when I tested my 2000m row a few months ago. Trust the process and the outcome will take care of itself. (Splits were 1:50/500 or better for all rowing sections). ______

- One of those "doesn& #039 ;t look bad on paper" workouts... 3 rounds as fast as possible with PERFECT form!
Here& #039 ;s the catch: the burpees are a max effort jump! Hit the deck then get up and jump AS HIGH AS YOU CAN for each rep.
This is a good #nogear workout you can do at home, on the road, during a conference call... Anywhere.
