    Voici mon plat de ce midi qui se fait rapidement. Je l ai meme fait ce matin avant d'aller travailler ! 🏃😉 💥Pâte carbonara💥
Cuits un oignon et des lardons avec un peu d'huile d'olive extra vierge dans une poêle.
Ensuite mets tes pâtes (pour ma part elles sont complètes) dans la poêle pour les réchauffer.
Une fois que c'est bien chaud tu mets le tout dans une assiette ou comme moi, dans un tupperware pour aller travailler.
Casse un œufs et dépose le blanc et le jaune au milieu de ton assiette.
Un peu de poivre et un peu de parmesan si tu le souhaite.

Voila c est fini et c'est délicieux 😍😍

    This article that popped into my inbox yesterday piggy backs my post the other day on TOFI. Don’t think because you’re “thin” that you’re necessarily healthy especially if you don’t exercise regularly. And sorry, but NO, all the running around you do as chauffeur for your kids isn’t exercise- it’s exhaustion. And the people who run themselves into the ground don’t eat right either. What they’re setting themselves up for is heart disease, low immunity, gut and colon issues, adrenal burnout - YES!! that’s a thing, and a major one. We learned how to do a physical exam. I can tell you how healthy you are by looking at your face, your eyes, your hair, your nails, your tongue. Being “thin” isn’t everything. 
Time. Mmmhmm. I’ve heard it. In my early 40’s I lived in NJ and my office was on Long Island and I had to be there by 9, (New York traffic anyone?!) and my clients were all over the country, so I got up at 4:00 am to workout. I worked out fasted and packed my breakfast. I only stayed in hotels that had gyms when I traveled. I felt and looked fantastic. You can make it happen. I’ve convinced my fiancé to do same to skip the morning rush traffic. He gets up at 4 to hit the gym before work. And his office is only 35 minutes away, but the traffic here is apocalyptic. Point is it can be done. You get used to it and you’re energized all day. You need to put your health first *especially* when you care for others.
