    You know that busy working mom with well adjusted kids who also carves out time to focus on her needs and health? Yeah, me either!! Or if you do, it becomes a comparison game and leads to feelings of inadequacy and ‘How does she do it?’. I’ve decided I’m done with it. I’ll do what I can do, when I can do it.     i know it can be confusing at first and even overwhelming, not knowing where to begin. i felt that way too. everyone starts out knowing nothing about essential oils. we all begin somewhere. i started out with one bedtime roller for each of my girls. seeing how much this one little tool supported them in such a big way was just the start of a beautiful friendship 😉. saying yes to the premium starter kit has changed our lives. we use these oils every day and in so many ways. from diffusing, for immune support, to food recipes...the list is endless. but it all started small. as my knowledge grew, so did my usage. i became more confident in what i was doing. living more intentionally. plants are such powerful things!! i would love to support and help educate anyone who is wanting to learn more and use oils in their lives. i’m offering $20 back for the first five people who dm me and grab a starter kit. we have such an amazing community and facebook group too!

✖️4 weeks no meat ✖️
✖️4 weeks no refined sugar ✖️
✖️4 weeks (almost) no dairy ✖️

Things I’ve discovered;
⠀⠀
• I don’t really miss meat very much (in fact I don’t feel like it all)
• I love fish & want to include it in my diet.
• I love coffee but I don’t actually need it.
• I feel much better.
• My psoriasis is tons better (but not gone).
• I need to make sure I’m eating tons of nutrient dense food to make sure I’m not missing out on vitamins and minerals that my body needs to function well.
• I’m lucky my husband is a creative cook & has also been eating the same foods - otherwise I would just be eating bowls of veggies everyday & would have been bored.
• I’m not bloated at all
• I have plenty of energy 👏

💥Allergies=take medications for it to block histamine 💥Constipation=take miralax

💥Heartburn=take an acid blocker(even though heartburn is a sign of low stomach acid)
💥Tired=drink caffeine
💥Can't sleep=take a sleeping pill
💥Can't focus=take a medicine for that
💥Low mood=take an antidepressant ‼️SYMPTOMS are a sign of your #body trying to tell you something ..... so #LISTEN and take #ACTION!

Wouldn't you rather remove the trigger and correct the underlying issue and possibly avoid medicine that can cause further harm or negative interactions? 
The majority of people don't ask the questions necessary to direct their #healthcare  needs. Often people blindly #trust what their well-intentioned healthcare providers tell them & believe that the layering of medications will fix the issues.

    Stay in your lane. Because even though it doesn't always seem like it, we're all just doing the best we can. And we have to keep showing up. We have to keep defining and refining what is important to us, what our values are, what lights us up. We have to fight FOR the life that we want, not just AGAINST the life that we don't.

And when others can't meet us, we have to lovingly release them to their path. We each have our own journey in this life, and as much as we think we do, we never truly know what is best for someone else. We never truly know what's going on in that gorgeous soul of theirs.

So when you trigger someone, or fall or short, or fail to meet expectations, learn to sift through what is your soul growth and what is theirs. You can't please everyone. Ever. But you can learn from them. Learn and move on, my friend. Life isn't supposed to feel so damn hard. It's safe to let go. || #soulsparks

    This picture doesn’t show our whole relationship. It doesn’t show how he’s often had to cancel his own plans because I’ve been too sick. It doesn’t show how I sometimes tend to take my frustrations out on him when he doesn’t deserve it. It doesn’t show how he came over at 10 o’clock after work every day last week because he knows my nausea gets worse at night. It doesn’t show how he’ll carry me up the stairs when my body can’t carry itself. It doesn’t show how he is getting his masters in exercise science, wellness, and nutrition because he now wants to dedicate his life to helping others the way he’s helped me. ⁣⁣⁣

But it shows how he’s been right by my side through it all. And for that I’m forever grateful.

    You have to be uncomfortable in many ways to see progress and growth. Yes, I said UNCOMFORTABLE!

We have to be uncomfortable MANY, many times a day so that we can better ourselves. Sitting around being comfy all the time or most of the time won’t bring about progress or change.

What does this mean?!

Working Out- I am uncomfortable when I push myself to an increased Heart Rate. I am hot. I am out of breath. I am pushing my muscles and body to do work and work harder. And guess what? This brings me better health and I am in overall better shape.

Career - Studying or working long hours was not comfortable. It was hard. I had to focus. I had to change my mindset. I had to do the same thing for hours and hours! I had to be uncomfortable. There were so many days I just wanted to sit around and do nothing! Sit around and watch movies. But that would not have led to me becoming a professional. .
Eating healthy. Do you know how many times I just want to shove a million cookies in my mouth. Ok, I am exaggerating but you get the point. So many times I want to just give up on seeking out healthy food and eat whatever is around me. It is easy to eat all the time with so many food options around us. It takes being uncomfortable and seeking out healthy options. Intermittent fasting is also uncomfortable! I have to wait till I can eat. I can’t eat a donut that someone brings to work or just eat whatever I see!

Public speaking. Performing. Meditating. Yoga. Sauna rooms. So many things can make us uncomfortable but are good for us! .
Growth and progress are not always comfortable. Push yourself to work harder. Being uncomfortable is not always a bad thing!
