    THE TRUTH ABOUT WHAT YOU REALLY NEED! 
I see so many people struggling with their body weight, their body shape and self confidence daily.... They think they need a diet and exercise plan to ‘get them in shape’ and you know what I get it, because that’s what people often see.

However IMO what you really need is 2’key things that no diet or exercise plan with provide you with. 
And they are-

Accountability &
Support

Because without these 2 things the ‘programme’ or ‘plan’ isn’t going to deliver the results in the long run. 
Yes the diet and exercise are part of this but they must undoubtedly come after the accountability and support.

In fact when a client joins TeamHodgson that’s the main focus for us as a Team, to deliver the accountability and support each client needs to get results in a way that fits their lifestyle.

We then deliver the training and nutrition coaching as part of that.

    Experimenting in the kitchen again! OMG these keto cookies are delicious and only 4 ingredients! Almond flour, grass fed butter, vanilla extract and organic xylitol. 10 mins in the oven and wow! I had to have one with a cuppa before the kids get home from school because I won’t get a look in! 😋

    Melissa and I got to run on this beach while we were in Newquay. Was just cool watching Melissa take off out there, she's so graceful and fast! It was such an amazing experience! Videos are in the making, stay tuned!

Wasn't able to get in a workout or physique pictures today, so busy with real estate appointments! But! Tomorrow we will focus on doing both of them!

Day 3/180 No Sugar is in the bag! I know this is just the beginning but this is happening! I'm committed to sharing the ups and downs, all the learning and ugly moments of this journey  every day! I've other goals that are part of this no sugar challenge, but that's for another post! Thanks for following! And to everyone seeing this on Facebook, Melissa and I started our own instagram channel @defyyourself go check it out!

    Melissa and I got to run on this beach while we were in Newquay. Was just cool watching Melissa take off out there, she's so graceful and fast! It was such an amazing experience! Videos are in the making, stay tuned!

    Worked out today! Finally😩 - discovered NOOM (app needs a couple tweaks but I quite enjoyed using it - more aesthetically pleasing and less adds than ‘My fitness pal) - Today was a good day💕

Pigen på venstre billede er mig ca. 3-4 år tilbage. Jeg ser en pige der havde glemt sig selv. En pige der forstod at tage facaden på når hun gik ud af døren derhjemme og få alt til at virke godt og at selvtilliden var i orden. Men nej, det var en pige der efter alt for lang tid i et alt for usundt og opslidende/svigtende forhold var ødelagt fysisk og mentalt. 🍂

Jeg har de seneste år arbejdet på at finde mig selv igen, lære at elske mit eget selvskab og ikke være afhængig af trygheden i et andet menneske.
