    So I’m blind today 🤦🏽‍♀️ my glasses broke yesterday so HOPEFULLY I’ll be getting contacts today!! But I still managed to make it to the gym and get a nice workout in! 💪🏽 Now to get home, get little man down for a nap & eat a chicken salad! 🙌🏽 I don’t know if I mentioned it on here, but I have a mini goal for myself! To lose 5 more pounds BEFORE my best friend Calley flies in next Friday on little mans 1st birthday! As of Tuesday I was 215, so let’s try to get to 210 by the 26th! I will do a bonus weigh in that day to see if I’ve made my goal!!     After my 4 day food bender, surprisingly the scales only went up a fraction. But the rest of the stats were pretty scary - my metabolic age went up! (It’s already older than my actual age so I really don’t want it any higher). My body fat % shot up and since I haven’t exercised this week my muscle mass dropped. 
First meal back on the plan - ham, avo & salsa. 
And heaps of water to try and combat the hunger pangs that have returned 😣

    Last night was Taco Salads! 🌮🥰 One of my fave easy keto dinners! Chopped romaine on the bottom, ground pork with seasoning, cheese, sour cream and salsa. I can never finish all of it even though it’s so delicious!

Et ouai je crois que vous étiez pas prêt pour cette photo même moi d'ailleurs j'ai eu un arrêt sur image en tombant dessus, j'ai retrouvé ça dans mes dossier enfouie à 5km sous terre et franchement j'ai pas les mot pourquoi ? vous voyez la Sarah de droite elle devait atteindre les 135kg elle enchaînait crise de boulimie/anorexie elle fesait du mal à son corps jusqu'à ce qu'elle conprenne que c'était trop et qu'il fallait changé et dieu sais que pour arriver là où j'en suis aujourd'hui j'ai dû me sevrer des TCA, réapprendre à manger, accepter mon corps qui changeait la peau qui pendait petit à petit perdre ma poitrine pour ensuite entamer mes première opérations de chirurgie réparatrice le ventre, les prothèse, des douleur atroce, des cicatrice, des vergetures à vie stabilisé mon nouveau poids, et ça ça m'a pris 5 longues années, et maintenant la Sarah de droite elle s'aime oui, elle ne fait plus de crises de boulimie, et peut importe ce que les gens peuvent pensez je me prendrais en photo pour continuer à apprécier chaque petit défaut de mon corps et non je ne fait pas la star ou autre chose, mon corps est devenus mon meilleur ami, et c'est une délivrance personnelle après m'être battue pendant tout ce temps ! But I’ve noticed that the earlier you work on it after your first pregnancy the easier you are to lose the excess weight after the second one
.
It’s all about Progress not Perfection. Even if it’s baby steps; start taking them. They are Worth It for your health.

    Day 16, 17, 18, 19 e 20
La dieta è andata a farsi benedire per via di un viaggio. Sono stata a Bratislava in Slovacchia e a Budapest in Ungheria e c'erano così tante pietanze buonissime (ed estremamente abbondanti) che è stato difficile resistere.
Siccome sono entrambe città piene di salite e di scale da fare, ho perso comunque 1kg e qualcosa, ma da domani si ritorna in carreggiata💪🏻💪🏻 Immagine in alto: ci sono ben 4 pietanze (divise con un'altra persona eh ahaha). I piatti del tris sono 1. gnocchetti di patate con formaggio di pecora, lardini abbrustoliti e siero di latte di pecora, 2. Pirogy (ravioli) anch'essi ripieni di formaggio di pecora e con panna acida e 3. Gnocchetti di patate con lardini e cavolo, mentre la 4ª pietanza sono gnocchi (giganti) ripieni di carne, con cavolo, panna acida e cipolla.

Foto a sx: Langos (pizza fritta) con panna acida, formaggio e cipolla fritta.

Il resto dei pasti: normali panini

🤯💪 My whole life i was fit and working out was a huge priority, then in one year it seemed like life just seemed to get in the way
• 1st pregnancy
• 3 months later, appendix removal
• 6 months later, serious car accident, and being told no more working out.  I went from fit and confident, to barley being able to look in the mirror...
Between diet and light exercise, i have now officially taken off 40 lbs, and am maintaining it while now building muscle. Hard work is hard, but always remember that if it wasn't hard, everyone would do it....instead you did it.
