    For those of you who dont know, I've decided to do a 100 Day Weight Loss Challenge,💯 what inspired me to do so, was this workout created by a woman named Lucy Wyndham-Read.💪🏼💕As you can see this video is a 7-Minute workout⏰that claims you will lose 1-2 inches 📏in just 7 days if you do this workout once a day every week.🗓 I want to push that even further!💪🏼❤ I'm someone who has struggled horribly with my weight throughout my life being on both ends of the spectrum, (if any of you want to know a bit more about the struggles I've faced with my weight, let me know and I will take some time to create a post to explain further.) Lucy has created many different workouts including multiple other 7 minute workouts, I like to alternate between videos and do a different one each day to keep things interesting and fun!💛 In her video Lucy reccoments taking measurements of your upper body (below the bust) and lower body (around your lower stomach) I took my measurements a few days ago, as today was Day #3 of my 100 Day Challenge. Every 7 days I will be re-measuring my upper and lower body and writing the results down as I go, and I will be weighing in once a month📅 writing that down as well. ✍🏼 I Hope you all check out her videos on YouTube and give them a shot!     Left Feb 3- Right Today Feb-21... it's coming off Finally!!! My new schedule has me not working out as much maybe I was doing to much the rest seems to have done my body well not to mention I eat Daum Good! Only a few more pounds and I will have offically lost 50 pounds since August! What a process!!! #weightloss #womanwholift
