    We need nutrients to survive as we need energy to live which we get from nutrients in the form of calories. All the food sources has nutrients either in the form of proteins or carbohydrates or fats.
    So we cannot say the food is either good or bad just by looking at it as all foods has it's own nutritional value. Foods containing micronutrients along with macro nutrients are considered as good foods in general which are mostly non- processed. (Cereals, fruits, vegetables, oats, grains).🌾🍉🍇🍈🍌🍑 Foods containing excces macro nutrients without micro nutrients are generally called as bad foods. Which are also called as junk foods.(ice creams, pizzas, Burgers e.t.c.,).🥯🧀🥪🌮🍕 When comes to fat loss, eating junk food doesn't harm ur goals NOR eating good food(also called as clean eating) in excess will help u lose more fat.

    If your total calories from food intake are less than ur maintenance calories that u spend through daily activities, you will lose fat.

    But eating only junk without proper macro distribution may have negative effects like losing muscle mass e.t.c., So make ur diet flexible with both junk food food if u like to and good food aka non-processed food in a ratio of 20:80 to help you be consistent with ur plan and make a good progress.
