Vi har læst kogebogen ‘Havens grønt året rundt - GEMYSE’. VI MENER:
Man forstår det næsten ikke - hvor mange bøger der udkommer - og som (heldigvis) købes og bruges og læses med glæde. Vi har efterhånden fået opbygget noget af en stak koge- og madbøger - både fordi vi ikke kan lade være - og fordi vi elsker dem - men også fordi der bliver ved med at komme nye gode. Som nu denne 'Havens grønt året rundt - GEMYSE’. Vi elsker Tivoli - og vi elsker alt ved Gemyse også den lækre, grønne mad. Nu har Mette Dahlgaard Jensen udgivet en smuk bog med retter fra hendes fine sted, og den er vi selvfølgelig pjattet med. Alle opskrifter er ikke lige lette - og nogen kræver mange ingredienser og TID. Sådan er det med grøn mad - det der måske ser så simpelt ud på tallerkenen har krævet lang tids forberedelse. Men vi kan stadig godt lide, at vi nu har muligheden for selv at lave opskrifterne men også følge med i, hvad der reelt er i dem, vi kommer forbi og spiser engang imellem. 黄色いタイプよりも栽培難易度が高く、虫に食われやすいのでまず栽培してる農家さんが少ない、その上収穫率も低いので未だに"幻のトウモロコシ"と言われています。当店もいつ入荷するか読めないほど。いつも採れた時だけ連絡頂いてます。

先日紹介した黄色いトウモロコシ同様、糖度がピークに達する朝4時に収穫。こうすればなかなか糖度が落ちません。個人的な実験の結果5日くらいは生食可能な糖度をキープしてくれます。黄色とはまたひと味違った強烈な甘さを是非お試し下さい。

    When it comes to daily nutrition and making healthier decisions, it doesn't mean that your food has to be flavorless, boring, monotonous or unsatisfying. I follow and teach my clients some simple tips that help make this a realistic, sustainable lifestyle. It's one that we enjoy and actually look forward to - one that we can see ourselves following even 5, 10, 15 years from now. It's a forever thing, really. It's our health. 💫💛✨⁣

☑️Balanced meals: Have protein 🍗, healthy fats 🥑, carbs 🍚and fiber 🥦in every meal. It'll help balance your blood sugar levels, keep your energy up and hunger in check and take the ease off of cravings. I don’t believe in cutting out any food groups.⁣
☑️Accessorize Accessorize Accessorize: For me this looks like chocolate chips 🍫 in my protein pancakes, creamer☕️ in my coffee, cheese 🧀 in my salad and my favorite sauces🥫 and seasonings.⁣
☑️Having a happy food 🍪🍬🍦every day, but in the appropriate amount, of course: being super restrictive will most likely lead to frustration and stress, which leads to emotional eating, binging and "starting over again on Monday".⁣
☑️Protein pancakes 🥞 and cookies are amazing!!! Learn how to make them, most recipes are super simple, fast and only call for a handful of ingredients.⁣
☑️Think about how you want to ✨FEEL✨, reaching that goal and less about food. Sounds simple enough but our minds quickly change focus from one thing to another without you realizing it.⁣

Receta de zumo verde para animarte bien por la mañana:

Ingredientes para 4 zumos o para 2 grandes:

4 hojas de acelga
1 rama de apio 
5 manzanas
5 cm de raíz de jengibre fresco 
5 cm de raíz de cúrcuma fresca
1 rodaja de limón con piel

Preparación:
1.lavar todos los ingredientes y pelas la cúrcuma y el jengibre.
2. Pasa tos los ingredientes por el procesador en frío.
3. Disfruta.

    Taking the whole ‘half your plate should be filled with veggies’ rule very seriously this morning 🥦🌶🥬🥒 I have lots in the fridge so gotta use them somehow!

@vitalfarms scrambled egg, sautéed broccoli, bell pepper, zucchini, spinach, cilantro, and a Cajun @bilinskisausage, and of course avocado on the side 🥑 the rest of the day will be spent doing lots of cleaning and meal prep for the weekend ✌️

    BANANA OAT PANCAKES✨🦋💕
I’ve been trying to find a healthy pancake recipe that I really like but unfortunately haven’t found one yet!! These ones were just okay... haha I wasn’t even gonna post but I wanted to keep it real w/ you guys that every meal I make isn’t always great. However, i’m still posting the recipe because some of my friends LOVED this recipe! haha everyone’s tastebuds r different so what I don’t like, you might like! 🤷‍♀️💕😂

INGREDIENTS:❤️
▷ 2 cups gf rolled oats
▷ 2 ripe bananas
▷ 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar -
▷ 2 tbsp agave syrup
▷ 1 tsp cinnamon -
▷ pinch of salt
▷ 1.5 tsp baking powder
▷ 2 cups almond milk

METHOD:❤️
1. add all ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
2. let the batter sit for 10 mins (so that the oats can absorb the liquid) heat your pan over med heat while letting batter sit.
3. pour the batter into circles and cook for 3-4 mins on each side
4. ENJOY🤪💓

    Roasted tates, chickpeas, and broccoli with, of course you guessed it...hummus on the side😍 It’s currently thundering really loud (I live close to the forest🌲) here and I’m loving every minute of it. I find thunderstorms so peaceful and calming. My little brother thinks differently though. He fell on the ground when he closed his window and a big BOOM surprised him😂🙈
