    Went to a place known for spicy food and what do I get? 🤷🏻‍♀️ non-spicy vegetarian noodles 😅 The tofu salad side dish was sweet and sour which was a great accompaniment to the meal. Honey got the spicy mince noodles EXTRA EXTRA SPICY 🔥🔥 which he enjoyed. @edennoodles

    Drizzly...muggy...sticky 3 mile run 😝🌥💦 GOT IT DONE 😅🖖🏻 I thought of ALLLL the reasons last night not to go for an early run today (tired, start work earlier, go on Friday, blah blahhh) 🙄 Man, I’m SO glad I ignored grumpy Elisha & got my kit ready 👕🧦👟🎧 I feel awake, sweaty, energised & happy all before 6.30am 🥳💕 Plus I have #BarnstapleHalfMarathon to look forward to & prepare for now 😱🏃‍♀️ I know I harp on about it, but if you wanna run/jog/start any sport, don’t dwell, just start from where you’re at (which may be at square 1️⃣) 👊🏻 Work from your own start & focus on progressing yourself in comparison with no one else 😘💪🏻 #JustBelieveJuly 🌈✨ Running gear is obv @tikiboofitness 😇

Замесить тесто, дать отдохнуть 30 мин. Раскатать тесто, намазать томатной пастой. Выложить ингредиенты в таком порядке: грибы, кабачки, фасоль, лук, помидоры, специи. Выпекать 20-30 минут при 180°С.

Knead the dough, let it rest for 30 minutes. Flatten the dough, spread with tomato paste. Put the ingredients in this order: mushrooms, zucchini, beans, onions, tomatoes, spices. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 356°F. Do you like pizza? Write in the comments.

(Serves 1)

Ingredients:
3oz (dry weight) of your favorite egg-free pasta 
2 tbsp pine nuts 
2-3 tbsp vegan pesto
1/2 small, ripe avocado (mashed) 
Sea salt to taste (optional)

Directions: 
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
2. In a non stick pan, toast the pine nuts over medium to high heat for 2-3 minutes (depending on the kind of stove top you’re using). 3. Mix the pesto with the avocado and serve everything in a bowl.
4. Enjoy! #bestofvegan

    this is one of my favorite things to make in the summer with fresh, ripe tomatoes: paneer tikka masala. there's pan-fried paneer (marinated in yogurt and spices) that are bathed in a rich tomato sauce. super tasty! get the recipe on the blog, linked in profile. 😋
