    In case you’re not from around these parts, it is H.O.T HOT in Melbz today and tomorrow. I’m lucky to knock off work at 11am before it gets too bad and be parked under the air con by midday with zero intention to go outside again 😅🔥

    If you’re in this heat, make sure you’re drinking at least 2L of water every day (hey Amy, take your own advice!), and if you can, pop a shallow dish of cool water outside in the shade for the birds to have a drink and cool off! Make sure you change the water every few hours if you can too, keep it clean and cool!

    This nicecream was made with @morlife_ Vanilla Fudge protein powder which has the most amazing smell, I swear 🤤 my method:
    - 3 bananas, thinly sliced and frozen
    - 1 scoop of @morlife_ Vanilla Fudge protein (scoop included in the pack)
    - 1/2 to 2/3 cup plant milk
    .
    Blend in a high speed blender and top with chilled fruit and granola! Stay cool pals 💕💕

    Today’s dinner: mash with onions (bcs I’m obsessed w onions). Basically what I do is I cut potatoes into pieces and cook them. 5 minutes before they’re done I throw in chopped onion and cook it all together. When it’s done I drain the water and mash it all up with a fork adding plant based milk little by little until it’s smooth. Served with asparagus soaked in lemon juice and balsámico and soy skewers (swipe for photo of the package) 🌱

    A dressing will transform your salad.
    Always try and make your own. It will taste better and you will avoid any unwanted sugars that simple aren’t necessary.
    My simple go to French dressing 🤗

    To make, whisk 1 tsp Dijon mustard with 2 tbsp white wine vinegar, 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of sugar and salt and pepper in a small bowl or shake together in a jam jar.

    A dressing will transform your salad.
