- So I am on week 2 of getting back on track.
First week was weak but nobody said that it will be easy. On week 1 I went to the gym 2 times hit my cals maybe 3 days and binged or ate of boreness several times.
This week 2 started way better than the first one. It‘s tuesday and I hit the gym both days this means 2x. Yesterday I went 200 cals over my daily calorie intake but I am not stressing about it and today I was full on track with protein and cals without getting hungry or craving shit.
I am really enjoying going to the gym at the moment and trying out new excercises (doing the unicorn strong fat loss challenge of @syattfitness ). I am focusing more on performance at the gym and will not weigh myself until thursday or friday - last time I weighed myself 5 days ago I was 130.7 lbs. Of course I will be happy if my weight will be lower next time I weigh inn but also if not I am not stressing myself out which is important for me to keep going with my journey.
Want to finish this week as strong as it has begun!
