    Oh hi 👋🏾 so a lot of people are skeptic when it comes to Herbalife and shakes so I wanted to say a few things .
1. When your wanting to loose weight for women you only need to consume 1,200 -1,400 calories ( everyone’s body is different)
.
2. When your consuming your formula 1 shake you are getting your 21 vitamins and minerals and each shake is 200 calories .
3. PROTEIN IS YOUR FRIEND !!!! A lot of people tell me they don’t like protein.. like why ?? It’s not gonna make you “ bulky “ it’s beneficial = satisfy hunger, sustain energy and maintain lean muscle mass . Like you need 60 grams of protein when your pregnant so it is IMPORTANT! .
4 WE EAT ALL THE TIME SIS !!! That “ you don’t eat “ nonsense Is played out 🙄 we have a shakes but we also CHOOSE to make healthier choices because we represent the brand 👆🏾 I’m gonna eat healthier food that’s gonna benefit my results 🤭🤭🤭 .
4. Lifting weights won’t make you “ manly” in fact it promotes weight loss and can help build that booty you always wanted 😴 .
Last but not least not everyone wakes up with abs our bodies change everyday B ! Don’t be hard on yourself sheesh! .

    Take the Murph challenge with me. I am going to modify the Murph workout and vlog my progress. I will increase the volume each week until I can complete it on Memorial Day, May 27th.

That gives us 5 weeks to prepare. If you’re not ready to complete this workout, no problem. Create your own challenge, but push yourself. This workout embodies endurance, relative strength and mental fortitude. .

    Each of this photos is picture of me with an eating disorder. The smile you see is the same girl. With the same joys, strengths, and problems with food. Weight-loss did not free me from my eating problem, it just made it more obvious to me that it existed. I thought skinny girls didn’t have compulsions to over eat. I thought I was suppose to feel full after one bite? Instead, the same urges just in a healthier body. My mind is the part of me that is sick. That’s one of the hardest things to admit. My whole life, I thought my body was my problem and that my personality was perfect! The classic “I’m the perfect fat girl who if I just was skinny would finally be seen” mentality that I build up to protect myself.  So having to stand back and say that there is a problem with my mind, has really made me feel vulnerable. It was easy to make excuses for my body, but it’s hard to tell the world I’m going to therapy. Some days I feel free, but some weeks I feel lost. All that said. I won’t ever stop fighting for myself. I stood in front of a mirror for years begging for things to change. Today, I stand up for myself. I seek help because I need help. I work out because my body deserves this. This is the face of an intelligent, hard-working, imperfect, and proud person. This the face of eating disorders. This is who I’ve always been and proud to be today.

    🥰🥰Good morning loves

I attempted my first 24 hour fast yesterday 😅 I had told you guys that I may have eaten one to many Cadbury eggs on easter 🐰 and the following day I was SO bloated and literally felt so gross! So I decided I was going to fast to help reset my body! I woke up a little hungry(as I always do), i only had 2 cups of black coffee throughout the 24 hours and I was downing water like there was no tomorrow 😂 I was honestly doing great throughout the day, and then the last few hours came along and I thought I was going to die 😂 the last 2 hours I was SO hangry, I felt super light headed and my body was honestly exhausted! So I broke my fast about 35 min before I was supposed to 🤷🏼‍♀️ but hey at least I made it that far! I feel 100 times better today and I have way more energy then I thought I would! I’m going right back to my meal plan today and working out per usual! I’m not sure if I’ll do a 24 hour fast again 🙈 but I’m not opposed! Let me know if you’ve done this, how often you do it and what benefits you’ve seen from it!! Hope everyone has an amaaaazing Wednesday 💕🌸☀️

    #transformationtuesday goes out to JoAnne!!! 😍 This lady is SUCH a pleasure to work with! So we started on a reverse diet and got her food SO high! She wanted to be in 300 carbs club. ( the best club😍) Once we hit that she wanted to lean down in a cut. She’s down 10 pounds and inches lost AND we never had to go below 200 in carbs which is amazing! Now reverse dieting again and I bet she loses more as we add food! JoAnne is a full time student and literally always kills her plan! Super impressed with her diligence and hard work! Way fu GO 😍👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

    🙅🏻‍♀️ The number on a scale will NOT tell you: What a great person you are. That you are smart, funny, and awesome. Your self-worth. And most importantly, the scale will NOT tell you when you’re making great progress!

For so many years I was obsessed with the scale. 😑 It was the first thing I would look at when I woke up in the morning and I would think things like: 😕 well my weight went up a bit so I better eat less today.

If this sounds like you, the reason I post this stuff is because it used to be me. It wasn’t until I stopped with the restrictive dieting and stopped looking at the scale that I was able to make more progress.

The first photo is circa 2015, and both of the other 2 were from 2017/2018 when I figured it out. I started developing more strength 💪🏻 which helped me to actually get leaner. A trainer once told me to think of it this way: your muscles are like the engine of a 🚗 car. The bigger it gets, the more fuel it will need to burn. Thus eating well and training simultaneously is so much better than not eating enough and not training as much because your body is too tired to do it!

Remember that next time you see a scale and are SO tempted to step on it. ❤️ The scale is JUST a number and you are worth so much more than that! #transformationtuesday
