    If you know me, you will know that I love to buy books with the intention of reading them. However, I find that I get bored, lose interest and then the book never gets finished.⁣

🔊 Well ladies and gentlemen, whilst in the States last week, I purchased both of @msrachelhollis books. Firstly, Girl, Wash your face and Girl, Stop apologizing.⁣

🌈 I'm pleased to advise that I finished the first book on the plane a couple of days ago and I'm onto to the second one. ⁣
I'm absolutely loving these books. She had such a way of talking that I get pumped. Even more pumped than I normally am.⁣

📚 I will be writing a blog post on my thoughts of the first book and will do the same for the second book. ⁣
⁣
😁 I don't know what it is but I feel alive and energetic and like I could conquer the world. I need to now focus all that energy into achieving my goals in training and expanding Stomp the Pedal⁣

One month check-in 🏋🏻‍♀️.
Been going to @thejyim twice a week with two days of at-home circuits (customized by my personal trainer, Jyima)

HIGHLIGHTS
.
‣ I only complain 25% of the time now during circuits (versus 90% when we started haha). .
‣ I now eat vegetables and if you’re my friend, you know this is huge for me LOL.
‣ I’ve “graduated” four times against my will, but I guess that means I’m getting stronger?

LESSONS
.
‣ Mentality is everything! .
‣ Personal training isn’t cheap but it’s an investment I’m willing to adjust my budget around to make it work. .
‣ It's not a race, it's a #marathon.

P.S. @gymshark leggings are the bomb dot com; the @goodamerican sports bras aren't padded and I suggest sizing up for a comfier fit.
