    🤒I am so glad to work from home and make my own schedule, because I am feeling absolutely rubbish today. Students only see me from the chest up so it was easy to work up until my delivery date, but it’s not so easy to hide nausea! 😑

    Let’s talk about self care : here’s my routine that keeps me balanced - & de-stressed and fall asleep a little more easily.
    My big one is my 45 min workout I do when I get home from work, this is a must for me It 100% helps me sleep better and feel better. I commit to it 6 days a week 7 if I feel like I need a mood boost.
    Once that’s done a hot shower to wash away any negativity and just to refresh and renew.
    Another big thing is Turning off the TV at least a hour before I know I’m heading to bed. Then I prepare and sip My magnesium drink and or tea. Dinner is always a bowl of veggie with some sort of vegan protein and then I
    Read a book or a short meditation /tarot reading to clear my mind and set my intentions for the following day. A routine most certainly keeps me on track and I can see how much of a huge difference it makes every week. ——- what’s your routine ? ..
