    Potatoes for the win!
My weight loss struggle ended when I started eating high carb/starch low fat plant-based. It also reversed my diabetes. There are 4 calories per gram of carb vs 9 calories per gram of fat. Carbs & starches have never been the enemy. Healthy carbs keep you healthy. Your brain and muscles need starches. Potatoes have all the amino acids (building blocks of protein) the body can’t produce.
