    先講結論:我跟朋友都覺得孜然比味噌辣辣好吃
    比一般的小火鍋再貴一咪咪
    不過我覺得湯頭很棒,非常的夠味~~
    味道濃郁、又不會過鹹、過辣
    而且料多實在,他們家的火鍋料不馬虎耶
    那天吃到一顆丸子好好吃~~蝦子也很新鮮💕

    吃純正法國甜點在新竹道地的選擇?這家竹北甜點店還真的是法國主廚親手製作的呢!!

    最具有法國特色的帕芙洛娃和多種口味的可麗露都是店內招牌商品.內用的飲料還有附上小餅乾喔~
    法國人老闆說法式甜點真的不用這麼貴,差不多的售價,樂路樂得是使用10吋蛋糕分切而成.他也說,甜點不用太多裝飾,腿下華麗外衣才吃得到真正的法式口味.
    主打減糖風味,吃起來輕甜的比例拿貼恰當~

    他們家的蛋糕很特別,吃著有如慕斯般綿綿密密的口感,老闆娘說這是因為他們調配比例的做法不同.所以才有如此特別的滋味.雖然是慕斯口感,但乳酪的味道可是相當濃郁香醇~

    而且這個乳酪蛋糕還有個故事.當時在法國結婚的結婚蛋糕就是這個乳酪蛋糕~所以把個幸福蛋糕分享給大家都要感受到他們的幸福.

    這個蘭姆巧克力也挺威,上層是蘭姆且吃的到果乾,淺淺輕輕的是那點點微醺香氣.下層的巧克力搭配餅皮香濃順口~

    This Friday (2/22), I will be at the @yellowjacketscollective Queer Lunar New Year party at the @knockdowncenter! There will be a night market filled with rad vendors, and I will be there selling three types of zongzi/粽子. I'm excited to call in the new year with abundance and love with food and QTs and hope yall can join us in the celebration <3

    好久沒吃到CP這個高的早午餐了!
    鄰近小巨蛋,步行約5分鐘即可抵達~
    餐點選擇多,價格也可以,口味上也蠻可以的!
    室內的用餐環境舒適,且座位也不算少唷~

    香料雞腿盤餐均附薯餅或薯泥還有起司炒蛋、野菇、沙拉跟法式吐司,雞腿排外酥內嫩蠻喜歡的,起司炒蛋很夠味,整體以這樣的份量與價格還蠻值得的。花生醬起司堡的肉排是店家自己手打研製的,搭配著鹹香的起司與花生醬吃,真的越吃越爽口!再來的韓式燒肉捲餅,一定要趁熱吃,外酥帶點嚼勁口感,韓式燒肉入味不重鹹,整體也是很不賴👍還點了我很少點的照燒雞肉起司馬芬塔,意外的合我胃口😋 濃郁起司帶上照燒雞肉,讓馬芬塔吃起來不乾口,整體濕潤度是夠的。

    羅勒野菇起司烘蛋有升級加倍起司,多了羅勒,吃起來香氣更濃厚,然後這個一定要趁熱唷!
    芋泥抹茶起司三明治內餡飽滿,芋泥甜而不膩,可惜抹茶味比較不明顯,但還有加倍起司的加持,所以整體還是蠻不錯的😋另一款藍莓乳酪
    也一樣有加倍起司,配上自製的藍莓醬,整體鹹甜鹹甜的,意外的合搭欸!

    另外還點了抹茶牛奶跟黑糖牛奶,相比個人較喜歡黑糖牛奶,香濃的口感在嘴裡就是幸福,冬天來上一杯熱的剛好。

    I found out about this delicious Taiwanese chicken steak when I was browsing food photos about a week ago (yes, that's what people do late at night) and I came across a post from @sweatycheng (Hat tip). This noodle, egg, chicken on a hot plate drenched in black pepper sauce reminds me of, something I had when I was a kid.

    So, I went, and posted this yesterday on my story which seems to spark interest for some people. Which got me thinking about "intellectual property" within the Instagram ecosystem. Who owns what and why type of thing.

    I've had my photos stolen, (You know who you are. Just because I don't say anything, doesn't mean I don't know.) A simple courtesy of asking would be nice. That goes with the caption and location information as well. The first person who found a specific restaurant/dish would be the owner/chef of the place. Anyone else after, would know it from someone else.

    Most instagrammers I've met so far has been somewhat open about the idea of sharing their intellectual property as long as you give them credit (especially if they're in your inner circle). When you're not, is when the blood bath usually begin.

    For me personally, I run this account with absolutely no intention to gain gazillion followers so I can be called an "influencer". I simply in it to make friends with like minded people who happen to like what I like. So, I actually don't care much about credits and such. But I know some do ... Like seriously do.

    With that said, I just want to tell you, this plate right here, taste just like the one I had long, long time ago! So, I really recommend you to try it. No credit necessary. Hahaha.

    昨夜凌晨1:20分外頭忽然颳起一陣強風,因為開窗空氣對流,引起高樓層的門窗的共振,轟隆轟隆的像地震似的,我被吵醒,喊老王起來關窗戶,他順道去孩子的房間關窗,意外地發現。

    醒了之後睡不著,跟老王說了會兒話,夜裡下起雨,早上天氣陰陰的,拍早餐時看到小日曆,原來今天節氣是雨水,真準。

    現在過年的氣氛很淡,元宵節更是,還好社區管委會跟著節日舉辦猜燈謎提燈籠的活動,感覺有多那麼一點點節慶的味道。But今年正好碰到小孩晚上要上美語課,無法參與,3號小孩覺得悶。
