Preparing for a new week can be daunting. If you're feeling apprehensive or simply worn out, take a moment to do 3 things.
Firstly, give yourself permission to feel what you're feeling. Emotions are information - you should acknowledge them.
Secondly, acknowledging emotions doesn't mean you can't challenge them or influence them. So now it's time to lean into your strengths. Remember what's been going well. Think about your strengths. How can you use them to increase your confidence and inner energy this week? Even if that's just to get you through the week.
Finally, set yourself a reward or treat for the end of each day and the end of the week- simply for getting through it.
