Overload
Goeie gewoonten laat je dan
helaas het eerst wegvallen

Geen tijd voor een masker of peeling?
NET time momenten vinden is dé truc
NoExtraTime:
Maskertijd tijdens strijken, afwassen,...
Momenten genoeg om hier creatief mee aan de slag te gaan.

Mediteren is voor mij 1 van die goeie gewoonten die ik al vaak heb laten verwateren
2x per dag 20 min is mijn doel
In drukke tijden een dag of 2 dagen overslaan...
kan gebeuren
Maar net dan!
Dan heb ik het het hardst nodig.

Momenteel ben ik druk met verhuizen
En ik ben de drukte anders tegemoet gegaan:
~Self care and Prioritize Me!~ Alleen zo kan ik ook in drukke tijden
klanten de beste massage en verzorgingen geven.

Dus 👉
Als je geen tijd hebt voor jezelf
Dan is het net tijd om 2x zoveel tijd
Voor Jezelf te nemen!

    ADRENAL FATIGUE  is a prevalent and  common health issue these days. Burnout. Exhaustion. Stress. Fatigue. The main cause of adrenal fatigue is STRESS. 
Because fatigue is a common symptom of many serious illnesses, adrenal exhaustion is often overlooked. The thing to look out for is that you will feel run down and tired with no visible reason for it. Your mood will invariably be  low.  Our bodies are not made for this fast paced world we live in – we haven’t evolved genetically to cope with emotional stress, chemicals, environmental pollutants, poor diets…. you get the idea. We are not likely to be chased up the Street by a bunch of marauding tigers who want us for dinner like our ancestors. And yet, our response to stress is the same.
Your adrenal glands are endocrine glands that sit on top of the kidneys and produce a variety of hormones including adrenaline and the steroids aldosterone and cortisol.
Now, the adrenal glands produce a lot of hormones within the body, and as we know, healthy hormone balance is vitally important for good health. When our hormones are out of whack so many health issues arise

Symptoms of Adrenal Fatigue include: (We often see adrenally challenged people with the following symptoms): Difficulty concentrating

Need caffeine to get through the day

A low blue mood

Sweet or salty cravings

Feel inadequate and frustrated

So today we had a little miss gap in the first ridden we did (got 6th) but we soon had another try and got 2nd, we then did 2 clear rounds and I’m happier than ever, first of all because I had control and second because I did the whole corse without having to circle ⭕️ or anything, then we did an inhand and we got 5th as she was lazy and wouldn’t move  and because we where both tired 💤 but I’m still very happy with her •

    We waren maar een uurtje in de zoo, maar ik heb het toch maar gedaan! Er waren toch wat stress momenten, ik vraag me toch af hoe andere mama's dat doen 🙈. Ik was Ellie ineens kwijt terwijl ik Oone aant troosten was. Zat ze in de grote speeltuin, maar die paar seconden dat ik haar niet meer zag waren zo eng! En na nog geen uurtje waren ze het allebei beu. Voor 'nix' heel die trip gemaakt 😂

    ++++ Weiterer Pflicht3er ++++
Auch an diesem Samstag gelang es uns in Hannover den nächsten Pflichtsieg einzuholen. Nach einer langen Anfahrt mussten wir am Anfang erstmal aufwachen und ins Spiel kommen. Nach der ersten Halbzeit ging es so mit einem 0:0 vom Platz. Doch das reichte uns auf keinen Fall 🙅🏽‍♀️ #dagehtnochwas . Mit voller Motivation schossen wir kurz nach Wiederanpfiff das 1:0 durch Debütschützin @carojng 🥳🔥 #Kiste. In einer hitzigen Schlussphase konnten wir das 2:0 markieren #bamm, bevor die @1_damen_dhc_hannover kurz vor Abpfiff nochmal mit dem 2:1 rankamen #stressy 😬. Mit weiteren 3 Punkten und richtig viel Bock aufs nächste Wochenende geht es für uns zurück nach HH.
