    My ears are sweating.  Is that a thing!? One week of honing in on nutrition.  Still had a treat each night. 🙌🏼 5 workouts in 8 days is much better than I’ve done recently! 
My energy feels GOOD.  These workouts have me DRIPPING and I don’t think I’ve ever done majority of these moves which FORCES me to shut off the outside world and focus on the moves (lord knows I need that) Each and every time she says OK, we’re finished I’m like SERIOUSLY!? What more could a busy mom and business owner ask for!? For real, though I needed to sweat out the fact that we have 5th grade orientation tonight.  Like HOW!? I was just in school myself and now my BABY, my first born is going into 5th grade.  Excuse me while I rock back in forth in a corner!

Sometimes it's very easy to take for granted some of the amazing things our bodies are capable of!
.
Running, Jumping, Lifting, Throwing 
Dancing, Muscle Ups, Squat Snatches, Walking on our Hands are all expressions and celebrations of the amazing things our bodies are capable of.
.
Movement is essential to our well being, we are born with the capacity to do amazing physical things, however if we stop using our bodies, then they will cease to be the amazing machines they were designed to be.
.
Muscle tightness and stiffness, Arthritis, Degenerative Muscular and Bone conditions can all be symptoms of inactivity. If we become stagnant, our bodies betray us, and will no longer function the way the once did.
.
That's why movement is a key part of wellness, and as we get older becomes even more important than in our younger years.
.
USE IT OR LOSE IT is  a great way to view movement as we move onto our Golden Years.
.
The universal scaleability of CrossFit makes it the perfect way to move, and stay active, and it's suitable to people of all fitness levels and ages. .
A controlled and safe environment is the key to assisting our members in developing and maintaining Quality movement patterns, and maintain range of motion in our joints.
