    「續」純然極品:#少肥版,#楓糖藜麥鮮奶蛋撻😋
寫了這個改良食譜好一段時間,徇眾要求做了5-6次給大小鬼為食家👨‍⚖️👨‍👩‍👧,不到3日清倉😂,卻未見長肉👙,秘訣在於加入加拿大金藜麥,增香脆減牛油轉全天然材料,希望大家鍾意🥳

A) 撻皮材料:
1) 麵粉  200克 
2) 藜麥 👍  45克 (加60毫升水煮滾後焗12分鐘)
3) 牛油 ⬇️ 80克 
4) 濃味楓糖👍  35克 ⬇️
5) 雞蛋⬇️ 半隻 (打散成汁)

B)蛋汁材料:
6) 雞蛋  2.5隻 
7) 濃味楓糖 👍  70克 
8) 熱水  200毫升
9) 鮮奶(10%) 👍 180毫升
10) 雲呢拿香油 ½茶匙 * 如撻皮稍乾可略加鮮奶滋潤,小心太濕很難做型!
* 發覺muffin小蛋糕模更方便使用、脫殼、清洗,份量也剛好一份材料16個❤️
* 個人覺得凍食更美味,似葡撻
* 肥手指鍾意在撻面加一球雲呢嗱合桃雪糕😅(咁為食,我點可以唔小心煮食?!👩‍🍳) 煮法與之前參考食譜相同:https://www.christinesrecipes.com/2009/03/cantonese-egg-tarts.html?m=1

    In my continue trek to eat healthy, I had the  Impossible Burger, (which I have to admit is awesome) with fresh onions in a gluten free breading deep fried in a plant based oil. Plant based lettuce, tomatoes and garlic mayo. I couldn't get an unbleached flour roll  but instead got the traditional brunette on spring break in Daytona bleached roll. Since onions are good for you I opted  for the endless onion rings.

    Huntley College of Agriculture nutrition students: an #alumna at #SmartEater consulting firm is looking for #volunteers interested in learning more about the profession and working with the community.

Must be nutrition major students interested in pursuing dietetic internships and have reliable transportation. Minimum requirement: 4 hours/week. Bilingual skills in Chinese or Spanish preferred. Contact catherinekoleerd@gmail.com
