    did you know…….? @dwell_cbd we love the science behind #Cannibidiol (#CBD) and how current and existing research have shown the numerous health benefits of CBD. 
The #ECS is involved in a host of #homeostatic and physiologic functions, including the #sleep-wake cycle and #circadian processes. Studies have shown of a strong relationship between the two and have further shown that the sleep-wake cycle fluctuations of #anandamide and #2-AG (both produced by our own bodies known as #endogenous #cannabinoids), along with the metabolic #enzymes that create and break down these endogenous #cannabinoid compounds.

Anandamide is present in the brain at higher levels at night and works with #neurotransmitters oleamide and adenosine to generate sleep. Conversely, 2AG is higher during the day, suggesting that it is involved in promoting wakefulness. Both activate #CB1 receptors that are concentrated in the central nervous system, including parts of the #brain associated with regulating #sleep 
CBD may help stimulate melatonin production by boosting levels of tryptophan in the bloodstream; this is accomplished by reducing tryptophan degeneration caused by mitogen, the protein that tells cells to divide. CBD improves serotonin production in the same way, as an increase in tryptophan aids in serotonin synthesis in the brain.

 gracias a todos los que os habéis atrevido a entrar en mi cuenta privada... cuándo en el perfil aviso, que la razón de abrirme otra cuenta es porque es la cuenta especial para esos días en los que una vez al mes ... se revolucionan las hormonas. y además os aviso que no os podéis ir de un animal que sangre más de 5 días y no se muera( esto último es del profesor de South Park explicándole a los alumnos lo que es el periodo)🤣🤣🤣. He pensado que algunos de vosotros como no sabíais qué fotos os ibais a encontrar. teniendo en cuenta qué es en esos días igual os habéis imaginado algo parecido a la matanza de Texas...( humor ácido,negro, humor incomprensible, etc...)... lo siento este tipo de humor me encanta, lo digo porque no me conoce personalmente igual le puede sentar mal. Y repito, nada más lejos de eso... qué es resiliencia... poniéndole humor a los jodidos momentos. A veces alguien lo está pasando mal le gasto una broma de esas y deja de llorar para reírse. Cuando eso ocurre es algo mágico para mí😅💥🌞🤘🙌❤🧡💛💚💙💜⭐⭐⭐. Esta foto también es del curso de fotografía al que asiste mi madre.

Lack of sleep can cause fatigue, poor concentration, mood disturbances and poor coordination. Ongoing sleep deficiency is linked with heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes and stroke.     Нравятся мне эти  преображения в городе 🖤
Приехала сюда в 2013г.Сбежала в ужасе в 2014г.От города. От воспоминаний,от которых становилось тошно на душе.Ненавидела каждую травинку и лепесток на дереве. Успела пожить в Екб,  в Москве, только для того, что бы вернуться обратно сюда-домой. "Пусть  воспоминания греют душу. Спасибо, что они есть. Благодаря им, мы стали  другими.Научились ценить. Любить. Ждать. Быть сильными. Жить сегодняшним днем. Радоваться новому дню. Ждать утра. Беречь своё здоровье. Быть благодарными родителям, близким за теплоту, заботу. Научиться самому быть заботливым. Быть добрым. Быть счастливым от мелочей. И понять самое главное : За  отчаянием  всегда приходит  радость.... 🖤БУДЬТЕ ТЕРПЕЛИВЫ🖤
