1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese⁣⁣⁣⁣

Place the chicken tenders into a ziplock bag, or sealable container and add in dried oregano, 2 Tbsps oil, and sea salt and pepper. Combine well to coat your chicken, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to overnight.⁣⁣⁣⁣

Heat a large non-stick grill pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side, or just until nicely charred and cooked through.⁣⁣⁣⁣

Set aside on a plate and once cool enough to handle tear it, shred it, or chop it into small bite sized pieces.⁣⁣⁣⁣

1 lb fresh strawberries, chopped
1 lb chopped fresh pineapple,
12 oz fresh blueberries
12 oz red grapes, sliced into halves
4 kiwis, peeled and chopped
3 mandarin oranges*
2 bananas, sliced (optional)
Honey Lime Dressing
1/4 cup honey
2 tsp lime zest (zest of 2 medium limes)
1 1/2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
.
Instructions
Add all fruit to a large mixing bowl. 
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together they honey, lime zest and lime juice. 
Pour over fruit and toss to evenly coat, serve immediately**. Recipe Notes
*1 (15 oz) can mandarin oranges in juice or light syrup, drained well will work here too (which was what was previously listed, I just now prefer the fresh).

    - cashew butter dairy free sauce
    - sautéed mushrooms in coconut oil
    - sautéed garlic asparagus
    - zaatar seasoning + lemon

    Glazed Salmon with,
    Glaze=1 apricot, mustard + coconut oil
    - crunchy green beans cooked in garlic + oil
    - sprinkled with crackers for crunch
