    Pull ups are my absolute favorite back exercise. They are great for building a wider back. I don’t just go for as many as I can get. I try to go slow get good time under tension and focus on great form with every rep of every set.

    Well hit a 1rm (2.5kg) and 2rm (7.5kg) PR! As soon as I unracked it, I knew it was there plus a little more. 😁

Squats:
407lbs/ 185kgs x 2 @ rpe 9

Deadlifts:
440lbs/ 200kg x 3 @ rpe 8.5
Deads felt pretty good as well 
Been taking the diet thing a little more serious now and taking advantage of working in a kitchen. Feeling pretty nice
Yakiudon and rice is 🔥

    Broke my deadlift PR 3 times first is 405lbs, then 415lbs, then because @muscles.n.medicine forgot to record the 415 rep(thanks @jchanfit for the record save, I went up to 425lbs. Always push yourself to go further no matter what you are doing. The day you stop learning, pushing yourself, and trying to ascend is when you give up on all your Hope's and dreams. Keep ascending keep growing no matter what your goals or passion maybe. #saiyanarmy #gainz #deadlift #ascend #gokuflex

    Wooooooo finally got 405. Felt heavy. Was at 191.8 that morning, hopefully I can make the same strength at 181.

    Do you flex in between your sets? ————————————————— Flexing the muscles between sets is a good thing. It keeps the blood in the muscles and gives them a harder look. When I’m getting ready for a competition or even a photo shoot, I practice posing all the time because it not only helps me hold the poses for a longer period of time and look more natural in the pose but also helps the muscles look better when I’m posing.
Flexing is a form of isometric exercise, so it certainly makes the muscles look harder. You can even make the posing sessions more intense by holding each pose for five seconds and really squeezing the muscles you’re flexing.
