    Aquí tenemos el ejemplo de que la palabra "ensalada" no siempre implica un plato bajo en calorías.  De hecho, esta mega ensalada lleva más de 1000 calorías😏  Ingredientes: base de espinacas y rúcula (lo único bajo en calorías de toda la ensalada😆), queso feta, arroz basmati, aguacate, pollo braseado, humus de aguacate, garbanzos al horno con especias, anacardos y pistachos...casi ná 😅  Además al llamarlo "ensalada"🥗, es fácil que nos creamos que hemos comido bajo en calorías, cuando la realidad es que nos hemos metido el equivalente a una hamburguesa con patatas 🍔🍟(Ojo: Aunque la ensalada es mucho más saludable, las calorías cuentan a la hora de perder peso) Así que si estás en pérdida de peso, ojo con los ingredientes que le echas a tu ensalada.     I’ve always loved cooking, but there are days when it’s a definite ‘ground hog’ sort of time. ~ ~
I ownedd an organic veg & fruit shop a few years ago & there were MANY times that I actually disliked cooking intensely…lol…because I was stressed & had no inspiration for the kitchen!

Todays session of Pathway to Thriving was all about spicing up your life & we all need a bit of that! ~
~
I cook with lots of spices, teaching how to make food deliciously moorish but keeping it simple. We have to first learn to make veg & whole foods really yummy & then how to save time in the kitchen because who’s got the time?
~
~
Today I turned a simple cauliflower into an elegant, LIVER LOVING, warm roasted salad that just pops with colour & flavour. All it takes is a little roasting of almonds in the oven that will last several months in the fridge, a couple of herbs, delicious spices and my personal hero in this dish is the pomegranate…this is the ‘pop of pop’!

To make veg & whole foods delicious, we have to use these natural flavour enhances. ~

Who needs MSG?…nasty excitotoxins that literally excite brain cells to death & in flavoured chips & so many sauces in the supermarket.😡

    Yesterday we had a base that had to be used and I had an idea for a Nut Butter Caramel and so this Banoffee Pie was born! 
The Caramel was a 10, the Ganache a 10, we didn’t make the bananas but we’re getting some cracker organic bananas at the moment that just taste like heaven - unfortunately the base was a 7.

If you’re a customer @oramanly you may have seen our new Hazelnut Chocolate Cookie.

So I thought.....what if!!! I make the base out of this new 10 out of 10 cookie?! So I did! 
And now a 10 out of 10 Banoffee Pie is available at The Cook Room!

    Yesterday we had a base that had to be used and I had an idea for a Nut Butter Caramel and so this Banoffee Pie was born!
    The Caramel was a 10, the Ganache a 10, we didn’t make the bananas but we’re getting some cracker organic bananas at the moment that just taste like heaven - unfortunately the base was a 7.

Pada masa itu, jarum dibuat dari tulang dan gading mamut yang dipakai untuk menjahit kulit dan bulu binatang. Jarum jahit tertua dari besi asal abad ke-3 SM ditemukan di Manching, Jerman. Di makam kuno pejabat Dinasti Han, arkeolog Cina melaporkan penemuan perangkat jahit-menjahit.

Penemu berkebangsaan Inggris, Thomas Saint menciptakan mesin jahit pertama dan sekaligus mematenkannya pada tahun 1790. Sebelumnya, penemu berkebangsaan Jerman, Karl Weisenthal sudah menciptakan jarum mesin jahit yang pertama, namun tidak berhasil menyelesaikan rancangan mesin jahit ciptaannya. Mesin jahit ciptaan Saint tidak diproduksi dan hanya sampai pada tahapan model untuk pendaftaran paten.

Pada 1830, penjahit Perancis Barthelemy Thimonnier menciptakan dan mematenkan mesin jahit yang dapat dipakai menjahit.

✧ 50 g Kokosmehl @solococo.de.at.ch
✧ 40 g Flohsamenschalenpulver
✧ 1 Msp. Weinstein Backpulver
✧ 2 EL Nüsse und/oder Samen nach Wahl
✧ 2 Eier
✧ 180 ml Wasser
✧ Prise Indische Sonnenflocken @spice_bar
✧ 1 EL Nüsse und/oder Samen zum toppen

↬ Mehl, Flohsamen, Nüsse und Backpulver vermischen — Eier mit etwas Sonnenflocken (Salz) verquirlen — Wasser im Wasserkocher aufkochen und mit den Eiern unter die trockene Masse mischen, kräftig rühren — Schnell Brötchen formen: Dazu je 1 EL Masse zur Kugel formen, in Nüsse/Samen drücken und aufs Backblech legen — Im vorgeheizten Ofen 180 Grad (Umluft) für 30 Min. backen — Gut auskühlen lassen, sonst sind sie innen zu weich

    This was hands down the best bite of fluffy French toast I’ve ever had and is also slowly becoming one of my favorite photos ever 😍🤙🏼
