For myself I used:
-A handful of hazelnuts
-1/4 cup oats
-Handful of puffed quinoa
-1 tsp coconut oil
-1 tsp raw cacao powder
-About a tsp goji berries
🍁Popped this in the oven on 180C° for about 15 minutes
🍌Then I mashed some banana with coconut milk (I’ve had to step off oat milk, it makes me feel sick for some reason, anyone have any idea?)
🍁Anyway then I topped it with banana en a lovely fig because I saw it and I fell in love

-Handjevol gepofte quinoa
-1 tsp kokosolie
-1 tsp raw cacao poeder
-Ongeveer 1 tsp goji bessen
🍁Dit in de oven gezet op 180C° voor ongeveer 15 minuutjes
🍌Daarna heb ik wat banaan gepureerd met kokosmelk (ik kan geen havermelk drinken, op de een of andere manier voel ik me dan misselijk. Iemand enig idee?)
🍁Maargoed, daarna belegd met banaan en een vijg want ik zag hem en ik was op slag verliefd

Затем добавьте в напиток щепотку шалфея, мускатного ореха или бадьяна.
✦ ЧАЙ С ЧАБРЕЦОМ😋
Берем черный чай и сушеный чабрец (тимьян) в пропорциях 3:1. Можно добавить мелиссу, гвоздику, зверобой, смородину ( ягоды или листья), бруснику. Заливаем кипятком и настаиваем 5 минут.
✦ КРАСНЫЙ ОСЕННИЙ ЧАЙ❤️
Нарежьте кубиками апельсин, яблоко, дольку лимона. Поместите в емкость. Добавьте листья каркадэ, корицу, гвоздику, кардамон. Залейте водой и доведите до кипения. Добавьте сахар или сироп и дайте настояться 5 минут.

🌿 Raw key lime pie cups
This will give you about 12 small cups
BASE
-1 cup hazelnuts
-3/4 cup desiccated coconut
-3/4 cup medjool dates (pitted)
-pinch of salt
✨Pulse your ingredients in a food processor until it forms a sticky dough, press into your shapes (I used a silicone muffin pan because it is easier to take them out after being in the freezer)
TOP
-1 1/2 cup cashews soaked overnight and drained (or leave them in boiling water for about 15-20 minutes, this will do the trick too expect then it’s not raw anymore)
-1/2 cup freshly squeezed key lime juice
-1/2 cup coconut milk
-1/4 cup coconut oil
-1/4 cup maple syrup
-1 tsp matcha powder
✨Combine in the food processor and blend until it forms a somewhat thicker cream, this will take about 3-5 minutes
✨Poor on top of your base and leave in the freezer for at least 2 hours
✨The best is to eat them is to leave them in the fridge (they will last about a week in the fridge and about 8 weeks in the freezer)

  • Aquí ya comienza el invierno ❄️ . La próxima semana comienza la temporada de nieve y me intriga mucho saber que me pedirá el cuerpo. Si me pedirá alimentos tibios o si podré comer sin problema ensaladas y crudos😱. En todo caso , es algo muy emocional para mi querer sopas calientes o potages, ya que podemos tener la sensación de abrigo y calentarnos con alimentos termogénicos. Algunos de estos son la canela , jengibre , canela , cúrcuma , pimienta , cacao. En la foto está lo que me acabo de preparar: Un “ subidón “ de media tarde, quiero un shot de energía , con un toque dulce para mis antojitos y que me abrigue 😂😂. Esta es una mezcla de agua , 1 cdta ( las de cafecito ) de Matcha 🍵, 2 cdtas de cacao en polvo crudo ,un poco de canela en polvo , una cdta de azúcar de coco ( cuchara de té ) y una cdta de aceite de coco ( cuchara de té ) . Licuar todo y listo ! . Les quedo claro por qué se llama subidón cierto ? 😂🤤💪🏼🔥. Esta vez yo lo dejé licuando hasta que esté tibio , pero también queda muy rico bien helado. Si quieren lo pueden cortar con un poquito de leche vegetal. Para mi no es necesario , así esta perfecto ! . Si desean agregar más cacao , adelante ! Para mi mejor ! . Puse dosis moderadas por si a alguien le afecha mucho y luego no puede dormir 😂😂. Últimamente estoy adicta a esta bebida , también mezclada con jengibre , cardamomo y cuando tengo pasta de cacao cruda me hago un súper chocolate caliente muy muy chocolatoso y vibrante 👽👽, luego mostraré porque ya tengo pasta de cacao en mis manos 😌.   • In a couple hours I’ll be breaking my water fast with this AMAZZZING local concord grape juice. 90 hours on nothing but distilled water. I like to do one of these every 3 months. Gives you a chance to gauge your level of health. If you go crazy after skipping one meal, you have potential!!! Most people never finish digesting their previous meal before eating their next meal. A simple 24-36 hour water fast once week can be a great starting point if you’re interested in benefiting from the miracles of fasting.
