Patient with quadricep strain is busy with his last phase of rehab. 
Doing an unstable TRX split squat as well as testing  balance and proprioception to the max while improving core strength. 
The unstable split squat is a powerhouse of a leg workout, with the quads, calves and hamstrings all set to benefit.

    Meet Aarav Verma: #ChildProdigy And #Powerhouse Of #ArtisticTalent

Like any little kid at the age of three, Aarav Verma was fascinated with #colours and brushes. He would spend hours pouring out his #artistic #imagination on paper before his #parents realized that he was #drawing some unusual human figures, emotions and expressions which were quite mature for his age. Who knew it would become his signature style that will take the #artworld by storm one day?
Today, 12-year-old Aarav is known as an #artisticprodigy with 400+ #paintings to his credit. He also experiments with various other mediums and textures, not limiting his talent to anything particular. It didn’t take much time for the art connoisseurs to notice the bold and bright strokes, versatile creativity and #natural talent of this #youngartist.
He made his debut in a solo exhibition of his paintings and sculptures in 2015, followed by participation in several national and international art events. The list of his achievements does not end here! He has shared stages with Grammy-award winning sitar maestro, Ustaad Shujaat Khan and flute maestro Paras Nath to showcase live paintings. He also participated in several charity auctions to raise funds for cancer patients and Kerala flood victims and still continues to find a noble purpose to his art. This year in April, he was recognized as the best emerging artist at World Art Dubai.
Momspresso caught up with his father Yogesh Verma to know about his son’s #artisticjourney and the role parents can play to help their children nurture their #passion.
Yogesh says, “I come from a family with a conventional mindset where academics are considered very important. When my wife and I saw Aarav’s potential, we decided to give him the freedom and encouragement to explore what he loves.”
We hope Aarav touches pinnacles of success in whatever he does and appreciate his parents in #encouraging their son to carve his own path.
