Konsistensen på dessa är åt ostbågshållet fast kanske lite mjöligare. Smaken är väldigt kryddig, inte kryddig som i stark utan som i mycket smak. Kryddningen känns lite åt grönsaksbuljong-hållet, på ett bra sätt! Ostsmaken finns där och det hela har bra sälta! Ostsmaken är inte så dålig som det kan va, men den är inte heller superbra, helt ok liksom. Alla andra smaker a.k.a .”kryddningen” jag nämnde innan tycker jag är riktigt bra! Massa smak! Väldigt beroendeframkallande snacks måste jag säga! Dom får 2,5/5 chips! Mest pga att de inte är ”riktiga” chips! //////////
The consistency of these are like cheez doodles cheese, but Mayne a little more doughy. The taste is very spicy, not spicy as in hot but as in a lot of flavor. The seasoning feels a bit like vegetable bouillon, in a good way! The cheese flavor is there and it all has a nice salty flavor! The cheese flavor is not as bad as it can be, but it is also not that great, just ok. All other flavors, the "seasoning" I mentioned before, is really good! Lots of flavor! Very addictive snacks! They get 2.5 / 5 chips! Mostly because they are not "real" chips!

Recipe: 8 Servings 👇
Dough:⠀
1 kg potatoes⠀
80 g white rice flour (1/2 cup)⠀
40 g cornstarch or tapioca flour (1/3 cup)⠀
salt, pepper, nutmeg (to taste)⠀
Filling:⠀
250 g mushrooms, sliced (about 3 cups)⠀
1/2 of a zucchini, diced⠀
1 onion, chopped⠀
1 bell pepper, diced⠀
2 cloves of garlic, minced⠀
salt & pepper to taste⠀
spice mix: 1 tsp Italian spice blend, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/4 red pepper flakes⠀
Additional ingredients:⠀
oil for frying⠀
vegan cheese to taste⠀
Instructions⠀
Dough:⠀
Peel potatoes, cut into small pieces and cook in salted water for about 20 minutes.⠀
Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg and mash them with a potato masher. (@elavegan suggest to not use a food processor, otherwise, the mashed potatoes will be sticky).⠀
Allow the mashed potatoes to cool (in the meantime you can prepare the filling), then add flour and cornstarch and mix well with a spoon or your hands.⠀
Filling:⠀
Chop the veggies, fry the onion in a pan with a little bit oil for about 3-4 minutes, add the mushrooms, garlic, and also the diced peppers and the zucchini. Sauté everything for a couple of minutes, season with salt, pepper, and the spice mix.⠀
Split the dough into 8 parts (about 1/2 cup or 120 g each). Form into balls, make a well in the middle and add about one and a half tablespoons of the filling. You can also add some vegan cheese in addition. Carefully "seal" the balls with a little bit more dough and flatten them slightly to make them look like thick pancakes.⠀
Heat approximately 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry the potato cakes at medium heat until golden brown on both sides. They will be crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. If you want them to be slightly more crunchy, you can bake them additionally for about 20 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit in the oven.

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
2 tsp honey
3 garlic cloves, minced (1 Tbsp)
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp dried rosemary (optional)
4 (8 oz) steaks*
In a mixing bowl whisk together balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, dijon mustard, honey, garlic, pepper and rosemary until well blended.

    Baharatlı fırın PATATES
Buna benzer  fırın patates tarifini daha önce de paylaşmıştım. Bu kez biraz farklılık yaptım.  Her zaman ifade ediyorum ben tarifini paylaştığım yemekleri kendim ve ailem için yapıyorum. O yüzden tarifler çoğunlukla evdeki malzemeye göre şekilleniyor.
Bunlar da bir patates sever olan kızım için.🤗

2 orta boy patatesi soyup elma dilimi yapıp zeytinyağı, zerdeçal,  karabiber ve tuzdan oluşan karışımla harmanlayıp 180 derecede kızarıncaya kadar pişirdim.
.
1 yemek kaşığı hardal, ve 1 tatlı kaşığı balı karıstırıp çırptım.  Bu karışımı patateslere ekleyip karıştırdım.
Bu işlem  baharatların patatese yapışması ve lezzeti için.
.
Geniş yayvan bir kaba, 1 yemek kaşığı sarı hardal tohumu, ,1 tatlı kaşığı zerdeçal, 1/2 çay kaşıği karabiber,1/2 çay kaşıği sarımsak tozu, 1 çay kaşığı kisniş, 1 çay kaşığı acı kırmızı biber (isterseniz eklemeyebilirsiniz) 1 çay kaşığı köri, 1yemek kaşığı  kıyılmış biberiye ve kekik.
 Bütün  baharatları karıştırıp patatesleri de kaba alıp sikeleyerek karıştırıyoruz.
Baharatları arzunuza göre ekleyebilir, miktarlarını kendinize göre ayarlayabilirsiniz.

It's potatoes done right - supremely crisp on all sides with a creamy center, just the right amount of salt and a sprinkling of fresh chives. DRROOOOL 🤤! I couldn't stop myself from going back for seconds, thirds, and fourths. The recipes says it serves 4, but let's pretend the pan feeds one so I don't feel bad about how much I devoured ... Potato - 4 Nos

To Make Batter 
Corn Flour - 1/4 Cup
Maida - 1/4 Cup
Salt - 1/4 Tsp
Chili Powder - 1 Tsp
Pepper 
Water 
To Make Sauce 
Oil - 1 Tbsp
Chopped Garlic - 1 Tsp
Onion - 1 No. Chopped
Chopped Capsicum - 1/2 Cup
Soy Sauce - 1 Tsp
Red Chili Sauce - 1 Tbsp
Green Chili Sauce - 1 Tbsp
Tomato Ketchup - 2 Tbsp
Chili Powder - 1 Tsp 
Vinegar - 2 Tsp
Water
Corn Flour 
Pinch Of Salt 
Method:
Cut the potato into small pieces
In a bowl, add cornflour, maida, salt, pepper powder, red chili powder and mix well 
Add water gradually and mix well 
Dip the potato pieces into the batter
Deep fry the potato pieces till they are golden brown in color and keep them aside 
Heat a pan with some oil, add garlic and saute 
Add onions, capsicum and saute 
Add all the sauces, red chili powder, some water  and bring it to a boil 
Add cornflour slurry and mix well 
Add the fried potato pieces and mix well
Garnish it with spring onion greens and serve it hot.
