    Being present in the moment allows you to be more grateful, by appreciating the moment that you are in.
    Something that happens me a lot is having my mind full of different things, what to do next, what is happening, how to change this or that, what to have ready for tomorrow, etc, etc. By constantly thinking about stuff that has happened or hasn’t happened yet you for get to be present and enjoy the moment that you are actually in.
    By allowing yourself to be present you become more grateful and appreciative of what is around you like having great food to eat, a good friend, even getting up in the morning in a nice warm house, having the ability to go do activities, being in a job you like, able to go to work to earn money, the lovely nature on the walk to work, the ability to call someone on the other side of the world with technology, the list can go on and on.
    Constantly around us there are so many things to be grateful for but we forget about them because they become common but if there not there it would make a big change.
    What if you woke up and there was no nature outside, no water coming from your taps, no electricity, it would make a big difference to your day, by being present in the moment and enjoying these things no matter how big or small it will make you feel good and helps you to focus on the positives around you.
    Try to be more present in moments throughout the day even while having a cup of tea or coffee, just take a moment and think about the great things around you 😃 •
