manusia dalam hidupnya harus memiliki tujuan yang jelas agar hidup yang dijalaninya juga lebih terarah . Maka dari itu perlu sebuah perencanaan yang jelas untuk menjalankan kehidupan . Tidak hanya perencanaan saja melainkan rencana yang sudah dibuat harus dilaksanakan dan dinilai tingkat keberhasilannya . Daripada kita hanya berdoa dan berharap tanpa melakukan apapun, itu sangat menyia-nyiakan hidup dan waktu meskipun dalam realita nya rencana yang kita buat tidak selalu berakhir baik . Mungkin kita sudah sangat sering mendengar kalimat “if you fail to plan , you must makes a new planning"  yang berarti jika kamu gagal berarti kamu harus merencanakan sesuatu yang baru .Seperti orang orang kebanyakan , keluarga juga membuat perencanaan. Rencana yang dibuat mempertimbangkan waktu , energy , personel , uang , jadwal dan lainnya . Rencana untuk kuliah , perencanaan keuangan , perencanaan untuk membangun rumah , perencanaan kesehatan dan sebagainya adalah beberapa contoh dari berbagai macam rencana yang ada di dalam keluarga . Perencanaan dapat terbagi dari yang sederhana hingga yang signifikan .Dilihat dari kondisi sosial ekonomi yang terus berkembang , juga pertumbuhan penduduk yang mempengaruhi sumber daya , maka pengaruhnya adalah bertambahnya kebutuhan demi perencanaan yang lebih baik . Tetapi didalam sisi konsumen kehidupan yang berkembang dengan cepat juga membuat kesulitan dalam pengambilan keputusan dalam perencanaan hidup mereka .Tetapi pada intinya semua perencanaan yang melibatkan individu di dalamnya itu penting . Karena perencanaan yang baik akan membuat tujuan hidup semakin baik dan lebih jelas yang berujung pada tujuan hidup tertinggi yaitu KEBAHAGIAAN.Done

    It's been an emotional week. Not really sure where the influx of emotion has came from but nonetheless I am somewhere between closing my eyes and not waking up for 3 days, or drowning myself in 17 espresso shots and getting shit done. 🍩 
I over worked myself.  I took on the extra day. No one forced me to. And it basically led to me eating whatever the fuck was at work,  and not working out. Which in hindsight, has led me down the yellow brick road of failure.  All because I failed to plan I now feel like an extremely bloated, fatigued 80 year old that had a wild night at bingo. 🍩
I regained my focus this morning. The thing about following the white rabbit and crawling down the hole under the tree,  is no one is going to save you. You have to save yourself. As you navigate the wonderlands of your mind, and day to day life,  it can be difficult to decide which one to choose,  preparation or failure. I now see whatever I choose it is up to me to figure this shit out. 🍩
So since Instagram is my pictorial diary, here's to me telling myself to get the fuck off the ground,  brush the dirt from my knees,  stand tall and do wtf I KNOW i need to do which will give me my strength back so I have the energy to do this crazy #serverlife

    Struggled with posting this for literally a week. The first picture of me was before my weightloss. I couldn't BELIEVE I had gotten so big. I was at 240 and felt like crap every single day. My joints always hurt, I couldn't hardly breath, my clothes never looked right on me, panic attacks and anxiety up the wazu. I was a hot mess. I kept telling myself you'll lose the weight but I made no effort to change and I was fooling myself thinking that I was fine. One morning something changed in me, I couldn't really explain it if I tried, I looked at myself in the mirror and said "girl, what are you doing? You need to get your life together". So I started dieting. It was the hardest thing to do but I realized that everything I was eating was the cause of my pain. So, I focused on what I ate little of and made that my main diet. I always loved veggies and salads but if it wasn't near by I'd eat whatever was. Living with PKU, your food options  are limited. Veggies are basically all I can eat. When I started losing weight people would ask me how did I do it so fast? I told them lots of vegetables and smaller amounts/meals. Everyone said what about meat? Protein? I would tell them I have PKU which is a rare genetic condition that limits my protein intake to about 2 grams a day. You could imagine everyone's shock and disbelief. Everyone needs protien to survive. For me if I have too much I get extremely sick. It took a lot of will power and dedication. I just kept saying to myself "you can do it, it'll be worth it, keep fighting" and BOOM! Look at me now, I'm 165 and feel great. All you have to do is keep pushing don't stop, believe in yourself and it'll happen. Stay positive!

Hoje trago um pen test das brushpens da @karinmarkers , a caixa que recebi tem 60 cores + 3 blenders.
Estou completamente apaixonada, são as melhores brushpens que eu já utilizei, as cores são lindas e a ponta é muito boa, ainda nenhuma desfiou, ao contrário de muitas brushpens que já comprei. Cada unidade custa menos de 2€ (no website) o que comparando com outras marcas é bastante em conta. 💞
E vocês, já experimentaram karin? 🌟

Сейчас у меня активируется турбо-режим «Успеть все»🤪⬇️

В начале семестра я каждый раз говорю себе, что буду сдавать все работы в срок и делать их сразу😅

Что происходит дальше?
⠀
Череда событий, планов, новых знакомств и-и-и (сюрприз-сюрприз) МАЙ.
⠀
И я ещё не успела отдышаться от того, что произошло и на меня вдруг наваливаются они. Веселые майские ДОЛГИ.

Я чётко помню, что только вчера давала себе обещание все делать вовремя. И ещё вчера был февраль🤯
⠀
Но что мы имеем сейчас?

Горящие дедлайны, поджимающие сроки, работы, рефераты, КУЧА РАБОТ, сессия‼️
⠀
Тут начинается веселая жизнь: я кручусь только вокруг учебы, когда в одной руке горящий утюг КУРСОВОЙ, а в другой-несколько тем рефератов. Я мечусь между ними, не зная, за что взяться и что лучше сделать именно сейчас.

А ведь завтра ещё контрольная, которая очень вписывалась в мои планы между курсовой и рефератами😅И теперь я уже бегаю между несколькими делами, выбирая приоритетнее.

С каждым днём я узнаю о пачке новых работ, которые придумали преподаватели (сами себе на уме)!!!

Знакомая ситуация?

Я могла бы уже все выполнить сто раз и забить, но понимаю, что для меня эти работы не так важны, как самообразование, которому я посвящаю больше времени.

Я откладываю все на потом, потому что горящие сроки заставляют меня все делать супер-быстро и не растягивать.

Так было с курсовой, которую я написала за ночь. И в итоге получила 5. А могла бы очень долго с ней возиться, но результат был бы таким же🙃

Как вы думаете? Лучше все делать заранее или отложить на потом, потому что это не так важно? 
Или вообще не делать?
