    Just remember a well-built physique is a status symbol that reflects your hard work. Money can’t buy it, nor can you inherit it. You can’t steal it, nor can you borrow it. You can’t hold onto it, without constant work.
It shows dedication. it shows discipline. It shows self respect and it shows dignity. It shows patience, work ethic and a whole lot of passion.

Being fit is far more than just looks.

    Sometimes man’s rejection is God’s protection. God is an all knowing God. He knows everything about us, our past, our present and even our future. He knows everything what we’ve been through. He knows our dreams, mistakes, our strengths, our weaknesses and even our plans. And sometimes He knows when our plans are about to destroy us and before that happens He will do something that would redirect us to the path that He had plan according to His will and our purpose. He will intervene, He will wreck your plans when He sees that your plans are about to wreck you. Trust in God’s plan. The Lord who knows you best, knows what is best for you.

    It’s Monday again, a new day with new possibilities. God is saying you today to keep that attitude of faith. Never give up, believe in your potentials, in the seeds I planted in you. Your potentials are limitless that will open doors of possibilities. Don’t stop, I will finish what I started in your life. Let the seed of greatness grow in you. I will open doors for you that no one can shut. You don’t end in failure, you end in victory for I am with you.

I’ve set a deadline in 19 weeks (why, a holiday) but more so to allow me to document this journey. ⁣
After multiple conversations with friends @mrvanitysmith and peers @briandecosta @duggaesthetics in the fitness space I’ve been challenged to dial in in 2019⁣

My starting stats as of today. (Using inaccurate electronic scan scales) I’ll move to pinch testing around 92kg.⁣
98.2kg⁣
29%bf (damn, inaccurate but gives a figure)⁣
50% skeletal muscle⁣
⁣
I’m being completely transparent with this journey so that from an educated, natural perspective you’ll see real time progress.⁣
⁣
I’ll cover everything from training splits to dieting approaches and my supplements⁣
⁣

I’ve helped 100’s of people of the past 5 years and I aim to help 1000’s more⁣

    Had a quick lil volume session on bench press with my bro @raymond_fit_life ! 😁 Was super sore on my arms from my crazy solo back and arm session on Friday while still feeling that dumbbell session on Thursday... 😥😳😧 It was nice just taking it easy for once and enjoying myself getting a decent pump. 🙏 Workout was 2 sets of 10 135, set of 10 185, set of 10 225, and a set of 10 275. 💪Wednesday will be all intensity though so gotta fully recover this time. 🤘

    The brighter the tank the better the workout. FACTS. Especially in this bipolar  weather☔️. Didn't record the video but it was a solid Shoulder Bewbs and Tri day. 🔥🔥If you want to follow my workout completely than throw in a SUPERSET of wide pullups 5x6 and BB Glute Thrusts - 5 sets 20-16-12-12-50 (start at moderate weight and build then drop to starting weight for 50) 
THEN 🔥 Lateral raises 5x20 🔥 Incline DB press 4x10-12 🔥 Seated DB Shoulder Press 4x 6-8
🔥DB Bench press 4x 6-8 🔥SUPERSET Bench Dips because unfortunately it looks like my days of weighted dips are over (but if you can please do them for meee) 4x20 with 
Tricep Cable Rope Pushdown 4x20 
Finish with a super sweaty 20 min HIIT sesh 1:1 (work HARD:rest) 
Happy Sunday lovelies... Looks like I'll be hitting the Murph tomorrow with @kay2thelo soo wish me luck dudes 🇺🇸♥️ #pewpew
