    Impressionante!!! Os dados mostram que o envelhecimento populacional no mundo e no Brasil alcançará cifras recordes, nunca, nem de perto, vistas na história da humanidade. As economias mundiais e nacionais terão que lidar com uma estrutura etária desfavorável do ponto de vista da produtividade e as diferentes nações terão que se preparar para as consequências de uma alta razão de dependência demográfica.
Uma das características mais marcantes da atual dinâmica demográfica mundial é o processo de envelhecimento populacional, isto é, o aumento do número absoluto e do percentual de idosos no conjunto da população, que ocorre desde 1950, mas, principalmente, ao longo do século XXI.
A Divisão de População da ONU acaba de divulgar, em 17 de junho de 2019, as novas projeções populacionais para todos os países e para o total mundial. Os resultados não são muito diferentes das projeções anteriores, mas os números são mais atualizados, pois foi levado em consideração os indicadores demográficos mais recentes.
O gráfico abaixo mostra o crescimento absoluto (barras e eixo esquerdo) e o crescimento percentual (linhas e eixo direito) dos idosos em três categorias: 60 anos e mais, 65 anos e mais e 80 anos e mais. Nota-se que o crescimento registrado e projetado é impressionante no período de 150 anos, mas o ritmo do envelhecimento na segunda metade do século XX, que ainda se dava de forma lenta, se transformou em crescimento acelerado ao longo do século XXI.

    #fat loss is like saving with a bank. Initially, there isn't much #money in it. You make effort by investing time to make and save more money. Slowly but surely after a lot of #time and #effort , you saved up a decent amount of money. It may not be as fast as you would like it to be and you are making tons of sacrifices along the way, but the fact is you are definitely making #progress

With all that money saved up, you aren't as stressed out as before. Initially, you are strict and rarely took out any money, only what was absolutely necessary. Now you can comfortably take out more because you have got plenty saved up. Most importantly, you develop a system to put in more money back into the bank on a consistent basis

Fat loss works exactly the same! It is an uphill task in the beginning. A tremendous amount of time and effort is put in. It may seem insignificant, but progress is definitely being made, albeit a small and slow one. Eventually, it all becomes easier and less stressful.

In the process, you have achieved a healthy body composition, developed new and successful habits, and have learned how to indulge without going overboard like you used to. Best of all, it is the sense of empowerment you get when you understand how it works! You have figured out what training and dietary methods work for you.

Understanding the fat loss process is a huge advantage! While it doesn't make the process  easier, having that knowledge in the back of your mind can act as a source of motivation to keep you pushing forward even or especially when all you want to do is quit. Having that knowledge will also be a great addition in your fat loss arsenal that you will have for life.

Nesse exercício utilizo da metodologia Drop-set para estimular o aumento de força e massa muscular das pernas, diminuindo os riscos de sofrer quedas.

Quando trabalhamos com a terceira idade é muito importante não subestimar a capacidades dos alunos, é necessário extrair o melhor deles para que ocorra reais resultados!

Taking a pill or the use of any other of instant gratification coping tools available to dull the pain has become part of the success formula for many today that can end badly unless there’s intervention. .

I’ve tried them all. Numbing the pain or suffering...is only a temporary solution. .

Once we begin to embrace or understand that we need to trust our process and that we can deal with an incredible amount of self perceived pain...we can begin to move forward again.

The vision of a small child lying on the floor in the toy aisle of a major big box store kicking and screaming bloody murder about how ”mean and awful” the child's parents are for not buying the new ”XYZ” toy because we(the child) are just going to die.😏

Along with recognizing that we all have travelled down the street with “the hole” from the previous post, we begin to recall a series of repeated self defeating habits over our life time that have weakened us or held us back from our true happiness. .
.
People, places and things bigger than a bread box, including the gluten free bread, all are part of our tool box of coping strategies that “must be the real problem” .

We are the solution to our own problems.

Please don’t be fooled or think others who’ve create the illusion of outer fake happiness actually are...because the reality of our truth shines through louder than many of us realize.

The wall self-deception will eventually crumble too unless we can’t get out of our own way.

    During a hypertrophy phase (muscle growth) I’ll never give up functional movements in favor of more isolated ones. Each have their own benefit but programmed in a certain order. -
Priority of movements should always go: Most compound/ energy expended > isolated/ less taxing

    Ok, I’ve officially hit a milestone, so gotta do the brag post: as of today I’m down 15 lbs of fat (gained 3 in muscle so only down 12 overall, but 15 of the bad stuff)!!
I also did my AMA retest and I’m burning more efficiently, my VO2 levels have gone up significantly and my heart rate zones have dropped! Over all I feel stronger, and I can’t stop feeling all the muscle in my legs. Not bad for 10 weeks 🤷🏼‍♀️💪🏻😅

    Ok, I’ve officially hit a milestone, so gotta do the brag post: as of today I’m down 15 lbs of fat (gained 3 in muscle so only down 12 overall, but 15 of the bad stuff)!!

    🔸Working out no matter what anyone says is hard, challenging, dedication is needed and a lot of energy is required. A lot of people think working out isn’t that hard and doesn’t need to be a lot of your time. Lifting all the time correctly and efficiently should take a good amount of time out of your day if you are doing it right. Working out feels like a full time job when you get into it every single day and takes a lot of energy out of you. Just always remember, strive for greatness🔸

Thought I’d share a few facts about me to let u guys get to know me better 💙

1. I’m a mother of three babies, or dragons if you’d like (GOT fan and obsessed with dragons!!). They’re 2, 4 and 5 years 🐉🌪
2. I get a lot of questions about my height. I’m 172.
3. My favourite movie... I think it’s all the Avenger movies. Specially the Thor movies... 🤤💪🏼
4. I grew up with three brothers and I love cars, TV games and play fighting lol 🤣
5. I have green eyes with some blue and yellow, aaand a couple of brown dots in them 🙊
6. I LOVE music! I listen to it and sing all day long. Music is life 😍 I actually love to rap. Would you have guessed?! 😆👑
7. I used to play floorball until my knee got injured real bad during a match. 😤
8. I hate spiders!! 😭
9. I have a love/hate relationship with sleep.
10. I can’t watch horror movies. They will haunt me for months. Still I sometimes look back down the stairs thinking of the woman in the grudge 😂🥴

If something is a priority to you you will find the time to get it done and if it isn’t then instead of saying “i don’t have time” say “it’s not a priority”.

Be grateful you can move your body to workout and you have access to healthy food & clean water instead of looking at it as such a pain. 🙂
