@walrusaudioeffects Julia is a staple for a reason. It’s a wonderfully lush and expansive chorus that can sit at the front or gently lay in the back of your tone.

NPD! Looking forward to putting this Meris Hedra pitch shifter through its paces in the studio this week. So far so weird (in a good way).

Last summer I had a quick question about pedal-related business. When I went to Josh at @jhspedals about it, I expected a quick answer. I didn’t get a quick answer. He spoke to me for *45 minutes* explaining everything I needed to know about the topic from top to bottom, inside and out. This was the second time we had ever spoken. Later that year that conversation allowed me to take a BIG step I wouldn’t have been able to take — or at the very least would have been too scared to take — without it. Anyone who knows me knows I’m a HUGE fan of classic effects and the history and evolution of these circuits, and I can say without a doubt that the JHS vlog is hands down the most valuable and informative video series on the topic, an amazing resource, and a huge gift to the guitar community. To see the BlackBox take up even a screenshot’s worth of time in one of these videos is incredible, and to see it sitting between work from companies I’ve admired since before the BlackBox was even a glimmer of a thought is absolutely mind-boggling. It’s been several days since the video was released and I still can’t process it. Massive thank you to Josh and everyone at JHS.
