    Have you made hard boiled eggs in your instant pot yet?

    Literally the easiest thing you can do with your IP!! 🌈🦄 🤗 .
    Pop 1 cup of water in the bowl
    Insert the wired rack it comes with
    Place a dozen eggs in your IP
    Cover with lid - seal vent
    Pressure cook for 8-10 minutes
    That’s all folks!!

    I’m so grateful for the 3 day weekend I had. 🙏 It was the perfect amount of time I needed away from work. I was able to get a lot done such as clean my apartment, make my goals for the week, and head to the grocery store to get what I needed for the week. ✔️ I still forgot to get a few things I needed, which I somehow manage to do often even though I make a list before every trip. 😅🤔

    Last night’s dinner is one of my favorite’s. If you’re looking for a simple chicken recipe, here’s a great go to! 👍

    Lemon Garlic Drumsticks 🍗🍋
    Carbs - 4.6g
    Fat - 33.6g
    Protein - 50.2g .
    .
    Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with olive oil spray. Add S&P to your drumsticks on each side and spread them out evenly on the baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes.🍗
    .
    While the chicken is baking, make the sauce. The sauce consists of ghee, juice of one lemon, minced garlic and S&P. 🍋🧂If you don’t have ghee, butter will work fine. Also, for more flavor, you can add thyme to your sauce, I chose to opt out this time. Mix the ingredients together in a bowl, then brush evenly on both sides of your chicken. Stick back in the oven for another 8 minutes. Then, add the remaining sauce and top the chicken with lemon slices and bake for another 7 minutes. ⏲

    I’ve previously paired this dish with your traditional mashed potatoes but this time I opted for a healthy & more nutritious alternative which was SWEET mashed potatoes. 🍠🍠And a side of green beans. It was DELISH! 😋🍽

    Neste contexto, pesquisadores brasileiros compararam os efeitos da marcha Nórdica (marcha segurando um bastão em cada mão) e da caminhada comum nos portadores de DP.
    Foram 33 voluntários com mais de 50 anos portadores de DP que treinaram por seis semanas - um grupo treinava a Nórdica e o outro grupo a caminhada comum. RESULTADOS: ✓ Ambos os grupos melhoraram o equilíbrio.
    ✓ O grupo da marcha Nórdica gastou menos tempo no teste de levantar e andar.
    ✓ O grupo da marcha Nórdica também aumentou a velocidade de preferência, comparado ao grupo caminhada.

    Little Mans supplement lineup. We get asked a lot about our immune support regimen because he has a lung disease that loves to hold onto respiratory and sinus bugs. We’ve been fortunate with his health the last 3.5 years (praise God!) and I know the way he eats and these vitamins help keep his body fighting the bad stuff off before they turn nasty. We’re lucky that Jadon LOVES taking his vitamins (honestly they’re like candy to him) but he’s also been taking medication since he was 2 weeks old. So the boys used to it. So from left to right: MIGHTZYME- essential oil & enzyme tablet to support healthy digestion and nutrient absorption. VITAMIN D GUMMIES- it’s always ⛅️ here and his body doesn’t absorb D very well. VITAMIN C GUMMIES- immune support! MIGHTYPRO- pre and probiotics to support digestion, mood and immune system. ZENPEP- medication to help him digest his food. NORDIC GUMMIES- anti inflammatory omega 3s. ASCORBIC ACID- (vitamin c) mega immune support. MULTI- we got this brand free from a program, but we tend to switch out multi vitamins as we finish each bottle to help balance his overall mineral and vitamin intake. There are other things we use as well but these are our main hitters. 😊 A peak into toddler life with Cystic Fibrosis.

    Ingredients:
    _
    1/4 green bell pepper (diced)
    1/4 red bell pepper (diced)
    1/4 yellow onion (diced)
    Bacon (4-6 pieces)
    1-2 cloves garlic (minced)
    12-15 eggs
    Avocado Oil
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    _
    Instructions:
    _
    1) Pre-Heat oven to 300F
    2) Cook bacon in frying pan or oven until crispy
    3) Set aside and let cool. Crush or cut into small pieces after they cool
    4) Put eggs into food processor or blender along with garlic, a pinch of salt and pepper, and blend on low for about 45seconds
    5) Grease a non-stick cupcake pan (12 or more cups) with avocado oil, then evenly distribute peppers, onion, and bacon among the cups
    6) Evenly distribute the eggs among the cups. They should be about 2/3 full with the egg mixture
    7) Fill a baking dish with about an inch of water and place at the bottom of the oven. The moisture will help the eggs cook evenly
    8) Place into oven and cook for 25-30 minutes at 300F
    9) Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving
    10) Enjoy!

    This recipe makes about 8 silver dollar sized pancakes.

    8-10 drops of stevia
    A few drops vanilla extract (or almond).
    .
    Mix in a bowl. In a pan melt butter or coconut oil and then make silver dollar sized pancakes in the pan (about 2 inches diameter). Cook about 2-3 min a side and then serve!

    You can also add Lily’s mini chocolate chips or some blueberries to these too! They are extremely versatile. Also, I have stored batter overnight but not longer than that.
