This gorgeous set headed off today in it's new form. Came to me as a wrap and leaving as a large Maree bag, cowl, purses key fob, hair ties and a necklace! Because why not make all the things!!
Such an honor to do this work!
This bag has a special insert for the owners music, as it will accompany her to choir. Plus an internal water bottle slot.
Everything I do is customizable to what you need!

My art piece that I have been working on since March now, is finally done! All but a few small details to decide on and it will be fully complete... I just had to share some pics of this massive piece. It’s almost 9 feet tall, 5’ feet wide and weighs nearly 700 pounds... it was a huge undertaking but I loved, almost, every minute of it. The mixture of steel, wood & glass, really gives it a risky attraction. Etching glass like this is already difficult and nerve racking to begin with, but designing it all to fit together & attempting it all at once, into the final stages, made me sweat bullets... to say the least! Soo much thought & effort gets poured into a piece like this, that even behind the scenes, I sometimes even take a step back & wonder what I was even thinking when I decided to go for it. I have yet to find something similar in comparison, regarding the style and combination of mediums involved, and that is what makes me feel soo blessed to have been able to pull this off. As an artist you can get stuck in a rut of creating for others, rather than for yourself, and that is a terrible mistake (unless commissioned), in my opinion. It was only towards the end of this piece that I really started to get physically wore out and irritated... the glass dust and steel shards that made my face raw every day and the heat of grinding the steel and the salty sweat that made all of that irritation feel like a bad sunburn, really started to take its toll. A piece like this, that took soo many different efforts, from many different sources, to finally come together after soo much work and effort, that you finally get to see the birth of an idea... The moment the glass met the wood, then the metal met the glass and was all bolted together and stood up and finally married to the base... that is what it was all about, that moment when the time and effort and the felling of burning skin and sore muscles just went right out the window, as I myself, had fallen in love with what I had just created. The mind of an artist is a weird place and we sometimes don’t know if the road we are traveling on is the right road. I think most of it, for me, is just faith...continued below

When I design a ring with a stone, I have a lot of fun fabricating the structure on the underside.
Why would I spend so much time making elaborate mountings for rings when some of these areas may never be seen by anyone other than the wearer? I design rings like this because it makes them more special for the wearer. Like the ring holds a little secret most people aren’t aware of. ❤️
Here are a few examples of the one of a kind settings I have fabricated that have a little secret hiding under the stone.
