    Solid session training arms! 😁 Just did supersets with the 60 and 40 pound bar and concentration curls with the 25s. 💪Felt good, felt strong! 🙏

    Solid dumbbell session with my dad @9__finger today! 😁 This was after some bench presses too. 😳 Was surprised with how strong I felt on them still. 💪 Did a set of 10 50s, set of 10 65s, set of 10 80s, set of 8 100s, set of 10 120s, and a set of 18 100s. 🤘 Thinking about taking a break from bench press and transitioning over to dumbbell presses for awhile. 🤔 Bench felt off and just am over it honestly. 😩 Really enjoyed how these felt. 😃 Back to my high school roots again when all I mainly did was dumbbell presses. 🙌

BANANA DA TERRA ASSADA 🍌
✅Cozinhei em água e com casca por 5 minutos.
✅Após cozida, tirei a casca e temperei com sal Rosa, pimenta do reino e óleo de coco.
✅Assei por 5 minutos na AirFryer 
FILÉ DE SALMÃO ASSADO
✅Temperei 12horas antes de assar
✅Alho amassado
✅Sal Rosa
✅Pimenta do Reino moída
✅Mostarda moída
✅Orégano
✅AZeite de oliva extravirgem
✅Assei na AirFryer por 10 minutos a 180graus. 
Não assei os dois juntos. Depois de pronto que coloquei para servir juntos. 😉

C'est connu plu on est musclé plus on est raide mais pourtant on voit des gymnastes supers musclés et très souples. .

Comment font il alors ?

La souplesse c'est quelque chose qui demande de la rigueur car en vérité ça se travail tous les jours où au moins 3 fois par semaines. 
Travailler sa souplesse ce n'est pas vraiment faire des étirements comme certains pourraient le penser. Ce sont deux choses différentes. .
.
Les étirements servent à remettre un muscle en place après qu'il ait subit une forte contraction. Donc l'étirer, on parle donc d'etirements.
Alors que les assouplissements servent à gagner une amplitude que nous n'avons pas ou que nous souhaitons entretenir.
.

Je vais te donner mes trois règles d'or pour s'améliorer:
.
1) Les assouplissements doivent être fait sur un muscle qui ne vient pas de travailler de manière intensive. Le mieux de c'est de travailler la souplesse après un échauffement qui t'a permis de faire augmenter ta chaleur corporelle.
2) Apprends à te détendre pendant ta position, souffle et décontracte toi. Je sais que c'est plus facile à dire qu'à faire mais tu ne peux pas t'assouplir en étant contracté car tu resistes !
3) Fait toujours deux fois le même circuit d'assouplissement, la seconde fois est toujours plus simple et ça te permet aussi de forcer un peu plus car tu verras normalement tu auras déjà gagné un peu plus en amplitude.
