    Found a hidden gem that I recommend checking out called @tulumdallas I loved their menu, but my favorite dish was the lamb chops with chimichurri sauce! It’s perfection on a plate! 👌🏼 And my second favorite thing was the charred octopus! 😋 Have you been there yet? What was your favorite thing on the menu?

    I ordered this gorgeous starter when I visited @granarysquarebrasserie in Kings Cross. It was not only plated beautifully but it tasted ridiculously good. It was Buffalo mozzarella with crispy artichokes, pear and truffle honey. The crunch of the artichoke complimented the soft creamy cheese, and the truffle honey and pear gave the dish its amazing sweetness. This light starter is perfect because it’s bursting with flavour but isn’t too filling that you end up feeling too full to enjoy the main course. I would definitely order this dish if you visit this lovely restaurant- 9/10

    Vegan Ginger Cake with Chai Buttercream!! I finally binge watched Great British Bake Off last week (I’m so late, I know) and was dyinggg during the episode when they baked a homemade ginger cake!! I was drooling 🤤 so of course I had to make it myself 😋 but vegan! 🌱 Even the chai buttercream is vegan too 💃🏽 recipe on the blog today ✨

    Using my @lecreuset for braising is one of my favourite ways to prepare cuts that provide more value from the grocery store. Instead of shopping for pricy or specific cuts, like strip-loin, I will check what is on sale first. Where there’s a will, there’s a way. It’s great to be challenged, and explore different preparation methods, to make surprising and delicious creations!
