    ¡Quítate el ANTOJO y prepara este molcajete de MARISCOS frescos en casa! 🦐🐠
PORCIONES:  6
INGREDIENTES:
Para la salsa:
-	2 cdas de aceite de oliva
-	2 cdas de chile piquín
-	2 cdas de chile de árbol
-	1 chile jalapeño
-	1/2 taza de jugo de limón
-	1/4 de taza de jugo de tomate
-	1 cda de salsa Maggi
Para el molcajete:
-	500 gr de camarones sin cáscara limpios
-	300 gr de filete de tilapia en cubos
-	1/2 taza de cebolla morada fileteada
-	1/2 taza de pepino con cáscara en cubitos
-	2 cdas de cilantro picado
Para decorar:
-	1/2 taza de camarón pacotilla
-	1/2 pepino en medias lunas, con cáscara
-	suficiente aguacate
-	suficientes tostaas de maíz
PREPARACIÓN:
1.	En un comal a fuego medio, calienta el aceite y fríe los chiles cuidando que no se quemen. Retira y enfría ligeramente.
2.	En un molcajete, tritura los chiles uno a uno agregando el jugo de limón, el jugo de tomate y la salsa Maggi hasta obtener una salsa. 
3.	Añade los camarones, el filete de tilapia, la cebolla morada, el pepino, el cilantro, mezcla y sazona con sal y pimienta. 
4.	Marina alrededor de 20 minutos o hasta que los camarones y el pescado cambien de color.
5.	Decora con camarones pacotilla y pepinos alrededor del molcajete. Acompaña con aguacate y tostadas de maíz.
