    Przewijałam sobie wczoraj instastories w tempie i z zaangażowaniem godnym wyrafinowanego bywalca Tindera aż tu nagle fajna rzecz. Taka plansza, że się w niej uzupełnia rubryczki. „6 najlepszych momentów mijającego tygodnia”. Mój wewnętrzny 6-latek strzelił dzikiego hołubca, wieczór zaciągnął się cekinami, do dzieła!

„Najlepsze jedzenie?” Proste: beza do kawy. Weekend był, to człowiek szalał. „Najlepszy relaks?”. Ostatnie dni to jeden wielki relaks, najfajniej było, gdy pisałam sobie na Insta. „Najlepsze spotkanie”. Felek, nie podpowiadaj. Wytrzeszcza oczy, bo przecież znam odpowiedź. Każdy mój dzień to taki mały cud, bo na swej drodze spotykam jego. Ale bez jaj, podstępny jamniku. Ostatnio budzisz mnie 5:40. Myślę i nic. Zero. Bezludzie. Więc piszę prawdę. „Najlepsze spotkanie? Jak wynosili zmarłego z naszego bloku w Boże Ciało”.
Felek unosi jedną brew: „A mogłaś napisać o mnie”.

W Boże Ciało spotkaliśmy ciało. Wracaliśmy ze spaceru. Sto stopni w powietrzu, Felek zziajany, ja po prostu w spodenkach i koszulce w wisienki. A oni wynoszą, tak prozaicznie, drzwiami z domofonem, co do niego trzeba znać kod, podjazdem dla inwalidów, z którego nie korzystają inwalidzi, aż do karawanu. Pytają, czy tam w lewo jest przejazd. Mówię, że nie ma, że trzeba zawrócić. Mówię im, co mają robić.

Przypomina mi się cudowna książka „Rzeczy, których nie wyrzuciłem” Marcina Wichy. Ostatnia scena: karawan przed domem, pożegnanie z matką. Kierowca właściwie gotowy do drogi.
„Nagle przychodzi mi do głowy, że chyba powinienem mu dać jakieś pieniądze, napiwek albo łapówkę, że w tej sprawie musi być jakaś reguła, o której nikt mi nie powiedział.
Facet uchyla szybę.
– Pan zaczeka – mówię i podaję pięćdziesiąt złotych. – Tylko żeby nie trzęsło – proszę, bo wydaje mi się, że powinienem coś powiedzieć”.

    Sacred Geometric symbols were believed by Ancient cultures to be visual instruments that have profound healing effects. Meditating on these forms was thought to bring our vibrations back into harmony with the rhythms of nature.  If all of nature is indeed created from geometric forms, then meditating on these forms can be considered as meditating on the nature of 'all that is'.

    今天很早就到了工作室,因為房東要找人估價修理、整理洗手間,因我反應多次,天花板的壁癌,他找人來看這件事情已經拖了很多年了,為什麼要整理洗手間呢?因為他家的天花板漏水;我就等他們確認好事宜,當我聽到....他又再殺價,心裡莫名的火大,(因為如不信任專業,而是要按照他的想法去作,怎樣也修不好)。
等他們都離開後,我才靜坐,因爲要瞭解自己的憤怒要說什麼,才感覺到因爲壁癌的問題沒被處理,但如廁所施工,要ㄧ週左右不能使用,我想祝福這個工作室,它陪我創作很多的作品,房子會老,但屋主跟我的想法差距太大,我決定不再用憤怒來反應這件事。
就拿了這顆full rainbow pattern quartz ,想著自己的心種下ㄧ顆帶著彩虹的光之種子,是和諧並且愛在其中流動,裸色調是每個人內在的和平,差異存在我們生活之中,我相信祝福的力量會支持我前進!

    Don’t worry, I’m not turning my Instagram into a motivational quotes space. I’ve just been trying really hard to learn the art of  meditation in an effort to calm down my racing mind. I’ve been feeling overwhelmed a lot in the last few weeks, so much going on and I think meditation could be a useful tool to block out the noise. 
It’s hard work though, I’ve  managed to focus for one minute out of ten this morning which is progress! I will persevere and hopefully some day be as zen as humanly possible. I basically want to be Florence from Florence and the Machine.

    Être patient(e).
Parfois j’ai l’impression que je n’y arriverai jamais, en tant que bonne intolérante à la frustration.
Ce mantra me parle tout particulièrement car il me ramène au moment présent et il pousse à l’acceptation de ce qui est.
L’acceptation étant, à mon sens, un grand pas vers la patience. 
Mais que faire ?
Revenir à soi et au présent.
Comment ?
La méditation de pleine conscience 🧘🏻‍♀️
Et vous, comment êtes-vous patient(e) ? 🙄😬

    Every stage of our journey has it’s course and when the time is up the ending can feel painful, but truly it is a blessing. Because only when there is death, can there be rebirth. And the new phase is always a higher level, so why hold on to the old? Have the courage to let go gracefully, as what is coming next might be the biggest miracle in your life yet. The divine force that runs your life will never let you down. Trust it. Trust YOU. Trust your journey and always believe that EVERYTHING happens for a reason and it is ALWAYS for your highest good. So don’t settle for less than you are worth and be willing to walk away from any situation not in alignment with your TRUTH. You will be more supported than you ever know. Burn out was recognized as an official medical diagnosis by the World Health Organization last month. This speaks volumes about the state of our health under incessant pressure to perform like machines. 
I seem to dance with burnout about once a season. In fact, I messaged that exact sentence to colleague and burn-out expert @cait_donovan this week. Burn-out symptoms vary from person to person but often are marked by fatigue that isn’t relieved by adequate sleep, lack of motivation and creativity, irritability, resentment, reduced stress tolerance (little things are causing you to fly off the handle or cry), difficulty concentrating and an uptick in coping behaviors like emotional eating, social media scrolling, substance use, etc. It’s a sense that a day-off is barely a drop in your empty bucket. 
When I first notice the symptoms I typically beat myself up for being “off” and try to will myself to snap out of it before I recognize what’s happening, though I’m getting better at catching it sooner. What you need to cope with burnout is going to be unique to you. For me, the ultimate antidote to early stages of burnout is a solo weekend outside. I need lots of fresh air, a natural body of water, sunshine, and time off from taking care of anyone but myself (that last piece is critical). This past weekend was exactly that. If I do this every 8 weeks or so I can avoid needing more drastic interventions. Have you burnt out before? What helps you? 📷from my weekend- sunshine, fresh air, body of water, solo time.
