    As therapists, managers and business owners, what are your biggest values? My biggest values as a manager are appreciation, cooperation, and consistency. I love to appreciate even the smallest things my team and owner do, whether that be a conversation or a token I try to let them know their hardwork did not go unnoticed. Cooperation is important; cooperating ideas, technique and learnt knowledge to other team members. Consistency, I will admit I have my strengths and weaknesses in this area, I try to consistently create opportunities and share experiences for all my co-workers !

    There's no words for a courageous leader to speak. A conscious leader listens to concerns, doubts and fears. A leader who is full of attentiveness with her or his heart that aches, even if it's personal. A leader is never below you. He or she stands next to you! No matter what your circumstances at work and my Dear Ones, you can lead from heart. Don't ever wait for anyone to give you permission to act upon with good intentions. Diversity is including with heart. Inclusion is not an option or we need to think about. Inclusion is here, very present. We are not here for what the colors of our skin that decides our potential. But our connection that's deeper than what organizations advertise and claim themselves to be. So, don't wait to stand for what you feel and create that is based fully from Heart. The Vision you see, make it happen. The Heart that speaks, make it heard. The Passion that is longing, make it known. Merge spirituality in the workplace.     Generational wealth is an aspect of financial planning that is geared toward passing down stable, significant financial resources to future generations. But can anyone really teach wealth? If all it took was knowledge to become wealthy, then most business people, professors, financial planners and others would be very wealthy. The reason they’re not is because becoming wealthy requires a lot more than knowledge. It requires hard work, discipline, sacrifice and many other traits that are very hard to teach and pass on.
    The generation that earns the wealth is the generation that worked and experienced hardships to make sure they achieve something better for themselves. They work hard and diligently save to achieve their goals. Their efforts pay off and by the time they are ready to retire and live comfortably, with assets to pass on. The next generation, while growing up, sees their parent's struggles and have a good understanding of the value of sacrifice and hard work. While they may be more comfortable as adults, they can still remember the frugal aspects of their lives growing up. Since they are aware, they make better decisions surrounding education and financial choices enabling them to build on the foundation given to them by their parents. The third generation never realizes the struggles and sacrifices the previous generations endured. The only thing they know if a life of plenty and have a real lack of understanding of what is needed to create and maintain the lifestyle they have grown accustom to.
    It is estimated that 70% of wealthy families will lose their wealth by the second generation and 90% will lose it by the third. There are a variety of reasons why this happens:

    The prior generations worry that the next generation will become lazy and entitled

    How many hours should managers actually do in hospitality venues?
    When I was starting out I did a lot of extra hours because I chose to.
    Times have changed in the last 20 years and as a manager you need to look at your salary vs the opportunity that you are getting.
    I have a rule as a consultant/business coach that I don’t work with venues who underpay their staff, pay cash, or disrespect their workers.
    As an industry we need to look for the balance so that the industry is stable, people’s welfare is the most important and their is no under payment.
