    πŸ—£ I stopped after 1 month β€’ πŸ—£ I only had certain foods I could eat β€’ πŸ—£ I lost the weight by then gained it right back!! β€’
    πŸ™ŒπŸ» - πŸ‘£ We continuously look for ways of improving our physical and mental self, at times not wanting to continue due to the amount of 🚫restrictions. β€’

    β€’ πŸ›‘ Life isn’t about how long can you be on The Keto diet for, or follow a step by step meal plan .. WHY? because it leads to falling off track and NOT being consistent. Not to say KETO doesn’t work (but how many months are you not going to have carbs for.. what’s the plan after the plan πŸ—“) - β€’
    β€’ πŸ“ We want something that works for us to sustain so that you learn how to do it on your own Not only when coaching you but AFTER the fact to make you more knowledgeable to adhere to it and turn into a LIFESTYLE! πŸ‘πŸ» - πŸ‘‡πŸ»
    πŸ”₯ For me , I simply cannot have a stringent meal plan, I follow my macros but make this process enjoyable to not fall off track. πŸ‘‡πŸ»

    #physicalbeing βœ…MINDSET- make the process exciting! I choose NOT to have that slice of cake because I’d RATHER have my healthier swap ( EX. pictured above ) βœ…ADHERENCE- you only adhere to something if you actually WANT to be doing it
    βœ…SET UP FOR SUCCESS- will you reach your goals by sitting in bed and google searching how to lose weight ? Or complain about how it’s not working after 2 days of eating healthy ? That won’t cut it, get up- get a daily workout in, have a goal for the day, and take it one step at a time! We have to be invested in ourselves in order for change to happen πŸ™ŒπŸ»

    1/3 cup unsweetened πŸ₯₯ flakes
    3 tablespoons flax seeds
    1/2 cup PB2 - low fats
    OR 1/2 cup almond buttah
    Chocolate protein powder @gardenoflife/ @vitalproteins collagen powder
    Roll into balls -
