    A few nights back I turnt my Chicken Shwarma all the way up by adding tomato paste, heavy cream, sundried tomatoes and umami seasoning (all from @traderjoes). I let it all 'murnate till it was nice and juicy. I topped it all with fistfuls of dried parsley and served with pickled onions, cucumber and tangy feta.

My derpy brain cannot remember who shared this with me (please show yourself). Mike still isn't a huge fan of the shwarma (I know right?) so it just means all the leftovers for me.

What's for dinner tonight? . . .

    Turtle Caramel Keto Fudge Brownies [Dairy-Free] 🐢 🍫 .
Ok so this is officially my favourite recipe I have EVER created. I adapted my Keto fudge brownie recipe to make them dairy-free! These are dense, full of flavour, rich & DELICIOUS🤤

    My kitchen re-do is almost done. We just have a few small details to finish - pulls, install knife bar and towel bar and touch up the paint. The lower cabinets are knotty ash finished in “peppercorn” while the upper cabinets and tiny pantry are white. Now, if I only had the photography skills of a lifestyle blogger.     Last night I had late and big dinner, so I had just a bulletproof coffee this morning and didn’t eat until later (around 11:00). And this is how my first meal of the day looked - pork spare ribs, broccoli, asparagus, green beans and sweet potato. Not exactly breakfasty, right? 😀 However I usually prefer eating circa one hour after I wake up, because I just simply feel better, have more energy, good mood etc.
So what I’m trying to say is - everyone is different and what works for some doesn’t have to work for others (like intermittent fasting, dieting, keto etc.) The best thing I did for myself was to try different things and listen to my body and how it reacts to it (of course it takes more than few days to get adapted though, we shouldn’t forget that). And that’s how I found out what works for me.

Vcera jsem mela velkou a dost pozdni veceri, takze dnes k snidani bylo jen neprustrelne kafe a jidlo jsem si dala za pozdeji (okolo 11:00). A takhle vypadalo - veprova zebra, brokolice, chrest, fazolky a bataty. Ne zrovna klasicka snidane 😀
Nicmene normalne preferuji snidani cca hodinu po probuzeni, protoze se jednoduse citim lepe, mam vic energie, dobrou naladu atd.
Co se ve skutecnosti snazim rict- kazdy jsme jiny a co plati pro jednoho nemusi platit pro druheho (jako prerusovany pust, diety, keto atd.)
Nejlepsi vec co jsem pro sebe udelala bylo to, ze jsem vyzkousela ruzne pristupy a naslouchala u toho svemu telu a tomu jak na to reaguje (samozrejme trva nejaky cas nez se adaptuje, na to je potreba brat zretel). A tak jsem zjistila co funguje u me.

    Carne Asada Taco on a low carb tortilla and cheese shell. I still had leftover carne asada, so lunch was super quick to prepare. I started with 1/4 cup of cheese in a non stick pan, once the cheese started to bubble and brown up, I put a low carb tortilla on it, and then flip to warm up the other side of the tortilla. I used Kroger brand tortilla with 6 grams of net carbs. If you are clean Keto, obviously you can make this just on the cheese shell and not use the low carb tortilla👍🏼
