    HTX➡️LA : Traveling and fitness NEVER work hand on hand. One, because most of the time we all want to have fun and relax from what we have been doing. Two, we tend to get lazy. I told myself if I don’t have a gym to use the week I’ll be gone, I’ll run/ do HITT training to get some type of training in. Remember guys/girls, the nothing will get done just sitting around enjoying yourself. Keep that end goal in mind and execute it🐺

I often speak about the physical benefits of rest however it’s also essential to incorporate downtime into our routine for our psychological wellbeing.

Mental fatigue can be every bit as detrimental as physical fatigue and resting our mind can prevent burn out and help to recharge and refocus our psyche 🙏🏻

Her story is all the motivation you need this week 💯 👇 .
Once upon a time, when I see a before and after picture of a person, I just raise my nose and say: won polowo oja (marketing advertising). Now the table has been turned and each time I look at this my before/after picture I wonder if it was also real🤷🏽‍♀🤦🏽‍♀
Yes, it is the truth that my body and soul has received tremendous changed- a dream I had lost hope of achieving.

Although it was a tough one, but the success was achieved through determination and self discipline. My body and mind was really revamped😊

I am glad that I met, accepted and became a member of the HealthyFreak Family. 
As a lecturer, I always advise my students to attend classes, pay attention, obey and adhere to all information provided on the subject and surely they will have 50% of the total score. The remaining 50% is the reading that follows. This is the same rule i applied for the healthy freak coaching class, it worked🙏🙏💪🏽😅 Thank you my coaches and everyone that I have met in the course of the successful journey.

Wish all exist and potential members of the Healthy Freak Family a successful end of the journey. And I pray more members meet me in the maintenance train as I join other members.

A veces me detengo a pensar en lo efímera que es la vida, y es que al final lo único que importa es ser lo más felices posible mientras estemos vivos. Ya que estamos de paso vamos a aprovechar al máximo este viaje.No crees? .
Gran parte del secreto de la felicidad (al menos de la mía) reside en ser querid@s y aceptados por la gente que nos importa y que nos rodea. Pero es importante también trabajar en ello.

Me considero una persona feliz.
No envidio;
No critico;
No deseo el mal a nadie;
Me alegro por el éxito ajeno; 
Respeto opiniones diferentes a la mía; 
Trato a los demás como me gusta que me traten;
Intento ayudar a quien me rodea y lo necesita;
Me enfoco en lado positivo de las cosas y
huyo de lo negativo y, sobretodo, de las personas negativas;
Trato de aprender de mis errores y sacar de ello siempre una lección; 
Disfruto de cada instante que la vida me ofrece y trato de superar las penas rodeándome del afecto de quien me aprecia y me quiere.
