    Todays exercise has been about just moving. 
About half a mile in to the run I realised that my legs were still fatigued but Pippa was so excited to be out running I decided to continue on. The training session  was just about moving myself and seeing if anything hurt. Nothing hurts. Everything us exhausted.

    T likes to workout in groups while I like to workout solo. I find it therapeutic to slip on some socks and put in the work! Sometimes I workout at my school’s gym, however, I prefer to be secluded in our garage. If you’re like me, prefer to workout 🏋🏽‍♂️ alone, I highly recommend you shop around for the best deals in workout equipment. Ross, Marshall’s, and Academy are my go to spots to purchase resistance bands, kettlebells, gloves, dumbbells, etc. -Jac -

    Yesterday was a day of mixed feelings! It was the last day of @aimforfit_ 's Barbells for Beginners program! I'm sad that the last 8 weeks have gone by so quickly but excited to advance to the intermediate program! 
I really want to thank Mia for encouraging me to sign up 2 months ago. I've met some amazing ladies through the program, I had to show up (accountability) and I was excited to show up every week! As a result I've also had more ambition to workout on my own. 
I absolutely recommend this class for anyone who want's to learn how to lift. Mia is a grat trainer to work with and she keeps her classes small so everyone is comfortable. 
See you on the next round!

Recently, I’ve made a couple changes to my routine. I joined a gym close to work to avoid the thick of rush hour traffic and then the exhaustion and lack of motivation afterward to hit the gym 😭 So now I go straight from work and I’m loving it! I also started fasting until my lunch break and then I eat my oats after work and right before the gym. I have a protein shake in the car on the way home from the gym then I eat dinner once I’m home, shower, and go to bed when it’s still light out lmao. •

The point is, do what works for YOU. Everybody’s day to day life is different. What works for the people you follow might not work for you and that’s OK‼️ Try things out. You might love it, you might hate it! But you’ll find your rhythm and what works best 😊 Even it it’s a little weird (like eating lunch for breakfast and breakfast for lunch)- do whatever works 😎 It’s your day, your life, your journey 👊🏼 So if you hate your current routine or don’t HAVE a current routine, try something new!!! No time like the present 🖤

    Recently, I’ve made a couple changes to my routine.     What are the benefits of weight training ?? 🏋️‍♂️ In this clip shows how I started off. 
150kg 1 RM Deadlift then converted over time to doing 150x 8 for reps - Strength training increases lean muscle mass🏋️‍♀️
- It sure does help with joint pain/ increases bone density/ strength - Release of seratonin 🔥
- Boost in metabolism - More metabolic mass (muscle) you have the more amount of calories you will burn, which means you will be able to eat more food over time ! 🥩🍔
- Enhances mood/ relieves stress
- The biggest one, a huge boost in confidence ! Nothing better then feeling and looking good 🙌💪
