    What a Sunday leg workout! The red face & wet pants say it all (I swear I didn’t pee in my pants). 😂 Long sets feel really exhausting after having done mostly short sets lately. Today’s workout was:
A1. Wide squat in smith followed by (as superset)
A2. Narrow squat in smith, 3x12-15  B. Leg press 4x12-15  C. Bulgarian squat with dumbbells 4x15  D. Walking lunges 2x max  E. Calves (standing up) 4x12-15 #legday #sundayworkout #sweaty #wetpants

Followed by squat lock outs for 50 reps with 220kg. First time doing high rep partials and it fucking ruled! Hit everything from my calfs, abs, legs and back! 
Low box squats for a set of 25 straight after this one. Then whatever the fuck I felt like. Found myself doing arms for an hour, calf raises and some random abs. 
All this after jiu jitsu on a Sunday morning.
