    Heating up here, 38 degrees today 😅 time to find a lil shady spot to chill I think. Last night we were talking about how unusual it was to have these temperatures here. And I tried to have a conversation in French about Climate change and the work I would like to do. It’s complex to explain in your mother tongue let alone in another language I am not fluent in. But I think I was understood. @carolinecdf I hope I did you proud. It was actually really good for me to speak it all in French because I  didn’t have the complex jargon or language and I had to keep it in simple. Darum geht’s nämlich heute, wenn ihr Mitarbeiter gewinnen wollt. Du musst herausstechen aus der schieren Masse an Jobangeboten. Du suchst Mitarbeiter für dein Unternehmen? Folgende Schritte musst Du gehen :
✅ Es muss für Dich zunächst mal wichtig sein - ja geradezu essentiell - neue Mitarbeiter zu finden. Zu häufig sehe ich, das Personal finden zwischen Tür und Angel gemacht wird und keine wirkliche Priorität ist. Mehr BlaBla als wirkliche Handlungen und Strategien.
✅ Du musst 2,3 wesentliche Gründe haben, warum jemand bei DIR und nicht bei DEINEM KONKURRENTEN anfangen soll. Und damit ist nicht ein Diensthandy oder „mehr Gehalt“ gemeint. 90% der Unternehmer können dies in Bezug auf Ihre Kunden definieren, warum er bei Ihnen kaufen soll - leider jedoch nicht bei Ihren (zukünftigen) Mitarbeitern.

Stellenanzeigen machen wir doch schon?! 😂Zeige authentisch und transparent in Fotos, Videos und Website sowie im Social Media wie es ist, bei Dir zu arbeiten. ✅ Qualifizieren : Du musst lernen, die richtigen Fragen zu stellen! „Herr Meier, erzählen Sie doch mal etwas über sich..?“🧨🔫⚰️ Bei jedem Bewerber die gleichen Fragen nach einem gleichen strukturierten Prozess.
