  • KUNDALINI During a day of deep investigation of self, we all took part in a beautiful class with our friend Angie. Our Shala was overlooking the jungle, constructed from teak and had the most soothing energy! In 1.5 hours, we shifted our mindset and energies and everyone became completely present in their bodies. Sometimes we only need to ‘drop in’ to experience profound change within. Through movement, sound and breathwork we arrived to a state of pure expansion and from here, life takes on a new meaning. I am beyond grateful that one of the women have joined us for a second time and has embraced what she has learned - her wings are wide open and it is such a beautiful gift! Much LoVe❤️

What's a Day Retreat like?

Our summer venue is Fayre The Boat, an inspiring place moored by River Lea.
Our beautiful winter venue by Springfield park overlooks River Lea & is immersed in Hackney Marshes. That’s where we’ll be on 1st Dec.
Yoga sessions are geared towards the level of all participants & generally combining elements of Yin, Slow Vinjasa, Hatha & Restorative Yoga.

All our day-retreats include:
Sound-Healing & Yoga & Self-Development Workshops delivered by 3 widely experienced holistic & empathetic practitioners.
We’d also take a silent walk along river & through marshes to be in tune with nature & ourselves.
Sound-bath will be a session with at least 4 or 5 instruments (gong or crystal bowls being the main instrument depending on dates). The SD Workshop features a presentation on modern lifestyle stresses aimed at empowering you with the self-learning skills/tools to deal with such stresses.
It also incorporates a person-centred activity which would enable participants to identify life areas that one cares about the most & the actual role they're currently playing, empowering one to use the retreat experience as a framework to then attune oneself to daily actions & thoughts that feel meaningful and fulfilling.

  • It breaks my heart that i always forget that the only reason we exist in this time in this space is to experience the profoundness of love. It breaks my heart that even though i conceptually know . I spend so much time in my head in delusion and disconnection , when i could be in my heart . That even though i KNOW it takes me a moment where i can see the pain in the eyes of another , i can feel the sadness that exists in their cells and i come back to why i am here to connect and be inclusive . It is the art of the woman to love , the art of a mother to teach love . The art of a lover to receive love . It is the art of the feminine to surrender from the constant struggle , the constant push , the constant competition. To surrender into the arms of the great mother. Who is here to help us remember why we are here .To come back to love . When a woman disconnects from her womb , her cycle, when she identifies with trying to be something instead of the realisation that she already is everything this is when we forget. But sometimes the forgetting is worth it , for the moment when everything around you shatters and you once again remember why you exist . To be love , to receive love and to birth love into this existence . Life is cyclic. When we remember that, we know that forgetting is not a sin of humanity , it is just a process of evolution and grace. Sally Jayne

  • Woke vs Conscious So many people now and days call themselves being woke. In this post I& #039 ;ll provide information on the difference between being woke or conscious but first I& #039 ;m going to go through the stages of awareness. Stage 1 after being sleep is Woke Stage 2 is the stage of Consciousness Stage 3 is the Enlightenment stage Stage 4 is the Elevation stage which after this level you become Masters. I myself am on the Enlightenment stage whom I can say Brother Ben X and Rizza are also in . People like Young Pharoah and Seti are Conscious stage. And people such as Huhi Kaa Om are on the stage of Elevation. Most people think that wakefulness and consciousness are synonyms. That is to say, we think that to be awake, is also to be conscious. While it is most common for consciousness and wakefulness to occur simultaneously, in cognitive science however, these two terms have important distinctive definitions. Consciousness is the state of being awake and aware, able to perceive, receive, and process stimuli and information from one& #039 ;s environment. When you go to sleep, this is an altered state of consciousness, with limited, to no ability, to perceive, receive, and process stimuli and information from one& #039 ;s environment. When Neuroscientists study the EEG brain waves of a sleeping person, they find that during a night& #039 ;s sleep, a portion of the time is spent in the waking state, even though the person is not fully conscious. Consciousness and wakefulness commonly occur seemingly simultaneously 2. Consciousness also requires one to be awake 3. It is possible to be awake but not conscious 4. It is possible to be conscious and mentally awake but not physically awake and active

To only then discount them for our own self doubt or disbelief. We don’t completely trust the blessing that’s been given. 
The more we do this for ourselves; practice giving goodness, love and encouragement, the more we trust & appreciate this as real. We open to receive that from others because we’ve felt that love before & we’ve heard their words before, from within. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
