    Two cereals posts back to back is pretty unusual for me! 🙈 Constantly been on the go and moving around a lot, left early yesterday for a last minute camping trip with a girlfriend. Having the most amazing time! 💗Breakfast was some heritage flakes and a cut up granny smith apples and almond milk. Off for a hike along the coast 🌊

    💚❤️💛 Dopo averci dormito su posso finalmente fare un sunto di questa breve ma intensa esperienza vissuta in occasione della Giornata Nazionale del Biologo Nutrìzionista. Siamo liberi professionisti ma quando uniamo le forze senza competizione ma con spirito di collaborazione umiltà e voglia di confrontarsi, possiamo smuovere qualcosa. In un momento come questo in cui chiunque parla (anzi straparla) di #nutrizione è necessario mettere ordine e offrire anche gratuitamente (perché la #prevenzione è un diritto di tutti) un'alternativa a cui poter affidare la propria #salute. Grazie a #Bari per aver partecipato così attivamente e aver letteralmente preso d'assalto i nostri stand 😅 la pioggia ci ha concesso qualche attimo di tregua.. Grazie a #Enpab per aver messo su questa grande iniziativa negli ultimi anni ha aiutato più 14 mila cittadini a migliorare il proprio modo di mangiare e conoscere la figura del #BiologoNutrìzionista , in particolare alla nostra Presidente @ladietapersona che ieri è venuta da Roma a darci il suo materno e importante supporto. Spero che le 315 persone a cui abbiamo fornito consulenza in Piazza Ferrarese, e anche coloro che hanno solamente saputo della nostra iniziativa, abbiano portato con sé la fiducia nella nostra professione e la voglia di prendersi più cura della propria salute oltre che dell'ambiente... Alla prossima! 💚❤️💛

With eating a plant-based diet and LOVING veggies, I’ve gotten a lot of assumptions that I eat boring, tasteless steamed vegetables & fruit.
Not the case at all.☝🏻💁🏻‍♀️
And I want to express to y’all that it’s NOT that difficult to cook/prepare healthy food in a way that you’ll actually enjoy & crave it!🙌🏻
*Pictured* is one of my most favoriteee dinners ever, and I have this for dinner at least 5 times a week and NEVER get bored of it.😍 & It’s not your basic steamed veggies and quinoa either.💁🏻‍♀️
