La Pasta siempre será de las preferidas en mi casa. Esta Familia le fascina comerla en todas sus versiones♥️.

Una receta que hice hace unos meses estando de vacaciones , aprovechando las Bondades de la Madre Patria 🇪🇸.

Los Protagonistas unos Espárragos súper frescos, y un buen trozo de salmón. Es una Salsa sencilla, donde solo bastará saltear por unos minutos una docena de tomates cherrys 🍅, con unos dientes de ajos en aceite de oliva. Luego ir agregando los tallos cortados de los espárragos y seguir salteando. Picar en pequeños cubos el salmón fresco , agregar y dorar junto a lo anterior. Para finalizar colocar una media taza de pasatta de tomates, sal y pimienta al gusto♥️.

Ya tienes lista tu salsa, para  bañar con la pasta de tu preferencia. En este caso yo usé espaguetti. Sírvela con un toque de pimienta recién molida y aceite de oliva👏🏻.

    In keeping with my desire to get back on track with my recovery, I went out and got a burrito from Chipotle😋I haven’t had one of these in sooo long and it is loaded with aaaalllll the fear foods: guacamole, red meat, cheese, and sour cream🙈I was actually thinking about not getting the cheese, but I pushed through and got it anyway, and I have to say, it was deeeelicious. I’m flying out to a skating competition later today, fingers crossed that I can still stay on track with recovery amidst the stress and nerves🤞🏼

Malzemeler 
125 grm tereyağ yumuşamış 
1 yemek kaşığı yoğurt
Yarım çay bardağından biraz fazla pudra şekeri
1 tatlı kaşığı kabartma tozu
Vanilya 
Alabildiği kadar un (2 su bardağına yakın)
Çikolatalı ara ganaj için 
200 ml krema 
200 grm sütlü ve bitter çikolata 
Karamel sos için
1 su bardağı toz şeker 
1 yemek kaşığı tereyağ 
120 ml krema (200 ml paket içinde göz kararı ölücülendirebilirsiniz)
Tüm malzemeleri karıştırıp yumuşak bir hamur elde ediniz. Tart kalıbına ince bir şekilde yerleştirin. Tartın orta kısmını çatal ile ezin ve içine nohut ekleyiniz (ağırlık yapsın ve kabarmasın) 200 derecelik fırında tamamen pembeleşene kadar pişirin. Sonra nohutları içinden alın. 
Daha sonra kremayı bir kaba alın ve kaynama noktasına gelene kadar ısıtın. İçersine çikolatayı ekleyin ve eriyene kadar karıştırın. Tartımızın içine çikolata ganajı dökün ve buzluğa kaldırın. 
Karamel için Şekeri tavaya alın. Karamel rengi olana şekeri kavurun ve eritin. Rengi koyulaşınca (dikkat edin şeker hızlı yanar) hemen tereyağını ekleyin. Karıştırın ve kremayı dökün. Ocakta şekerler tamamamen eriyene kadar karıştırın. Karamel sosunuz hazır. Buzlukta soğuyan tatlımızın üzerine ilk sıcaklığı gitmiş karameli dökün ve tekrar buzluğa kaldırın. Tamamen donan dondurma lezzetinde tatlımız hazır. Afiyet olsun
