 1 – A escolha dos exercícios deve estar de acordo com seus objetivos, nível motor e eventuais restrições físicas que o impeça uma execução adequada. 
2 – 3 Adequar o volume e intensidade em um planejamento de treino para seu nível de aptidão física faz com que você se sinta motivado em continuar treinando, pois a dificuldade que foi proposta está aceitável para a realização dos exercícios.
 4 – Controlar o movimento durante as fases excêntrica e concêntrica dos exercícios pode potencializar seus resultados.
5 – A carga deve ser sempre ajustada de acordo com a quantidade de repetições proposta em sua prescrição de treino.

    bench except it’s actually good! traveled a bit today so I’m grateful my workout went well! Top comp pause double @ 260 with 245 earlier. Third vid is 225 x 5, also did a 225 AMRAP and got 10 so that’s nice! Bench is the lift I’m trying to improve most technically, hoping for something real nice in September 🤫

    Today I got to do my second favorite thing in this world: TEACH! Teaching high schoolers about health/wellness, disease processes, the importance of vaccinations (science isn’t debatable), and basic anatomy and physiology is so rewarding... and dissecting cow hearts, sheep eyes, and fetal pigs isn’t too bad either ;)

    The best way to get things done is simply begin.

When I started this healthy lifestyle journey I dreaded every workout.  It was hard, I had to modify almost everything and I was WAY out of shape! 😂. Over time it hasn't gotten any easier but I have definitely gotten better. 
Stop wishing for it, work for it!

Enamorada de estos lugares, BRUJAS es considerado patrimonio de la humanidad, pueblito estilo medieval, con muchas tienditas lindas, pero sobre de todo de chocolates delis.
Me encanta correr en estos lugares porque conoces mucho, después de dos meses de haber corrido mi primer maratón estoy empezando a correr otra vez, aunque me esta costando un poco de trabajo, estoy feliz de poder regresar a esto que tanto me gusta y disfruto.
