    ☝🏻Going after what you want ☝🏻 This was doing the rounds on Twitter the other day and everyone said it wasn’t true but it is. I love Ms Christie in GoT, Brienne of Tarth for anyone who isn’t a fan is a total baddass who can outfight most of the men daft enough to cross her and does it with grace. 
I’ve never heard of an actor doing this but I’m sure plenty do but to talk about it publicly is awesome. It shows a woman at the top of her game standing up for the recognition she deserves, directly and potentially in the face of rejection, nothing new for an actor but this time at a crazy high level.

If you follow these “before and after” accounts on Instagram, you probably have had thoughts like this. Comparing yourself to others often leads to doubting the path you’ve chosen. Then you’ll question yourself and feel insecure.

You'll ask yourself: “am I eating too much?” “Do I need to workout more?” The more doubtful you feel, focus on the changes within yourself that might not be immediate visible. How do I feel when I wake up? Do I sleep better? How’s digestion?

If you made effort to lead healthier lifestyle, you’ll start to notice such changes. Changes on the scale might happen slightly later than others for you, but you’ll definitely see the healthy changes from within.

If you end up taking the unhealthy, quick method, it will eventually bring you back to the starting point.

    💪🏻 Strengths 💪🏻 Does anyone else have hundreds of these wee menaces kicking around? Yup every film, every TV show, every animation and they are great...if you can get them to stand up without having to cement them to a shelf 😩

Strengths are a bit of a misunderstood idea, you don’t have to be as wise as the Dr or strong as Cap but you will have strengths you use on a daily basis that you probably don’t realise you’ve got and I bet you didn’t know you can actively build any of your strengths to help you reach a goal or improve your relationships or to be a better boss. 
Through research Positive psychologists have discovered we all have 24 key strengths the top 5 being our signature strengths, the ones we use to get sh*t done and would really miss if suddenly they disappeared. 
Working through a strengths assessment is part of the foundations of my coaching, broadening and building on the top 5 to create better resources for you to grow from. 
What are your strengths? Oh and if you know a trick to keep pop figures upright please let me know 🤣🤣

    Love the things you love

I'm really big on words. I'm also very literal. When I hear quotes, sometimes they just don't sit right with me. And I will have to change the words around to make it make sense for me.

For example, when I hear the words 'gratitude' and 'appreciation', it doesn't really sit right with me. Especially if you're feeling down, listing things that you are grateful for, can trigger you to feel like there's just another thing that's wrong with you - like, ' you can't even be grateful for the things you have?!' I think it's important to understand that if you are going through a hard time, maybe gratitude might help, maybe it won't. And that's ok. The whole point of it is to uplift you - and if that's not working for you, then let that practice go. Maybe come back to it later.

For me, I don't like using the words gratitude or appreciation. It feels overused and the core of it kind of gets lost on me. 'Love the things you love.' For me, just the wording of that resonates more with me. It's just semantics, but man.. it makes a big difference for me!

    ☀️ Growth ☀️ A Scottish summer, the couple of days we had in June 😂 But when the sun comes out everything changes, it makes such a difference. Not just to the gorgeous gardens at Dumfries House but people seem happier too. 😊

What do you do to help yourself grow? Do you nurture your strengths, do take real time to take stock and see changes and build from there. Do you allow yourself to acknowledge your wins even the tiny ones? 
This can be so difficult to do, something we dodge or we do it halfway but other things take priority. 
I think for us to grow into the people we’re meant to be we have to take that time to nurture and grow ourselves how we want to be and not wait for things on the outside to move us and force us in directions that feel icky and can take years to work back into balance. 
Coaching your awareness and your strengths can be a great way of finding ways to grow the good bits rather than having to find fixes for the not so good. 
What will you do this weekend to nurture yourself and grow the best of you? Whatever the weather ☀️☀️

No one can be a better cheerleader and a critic at a same time as she is.
To deal people around world you have learnt lot more from her than you could while turning pages of book.
When you lost hopes she gathered it all her hearts and filled your dreams.
We as a youth tend to know every dust and star we see, try to tell you donot know the world forgetting that world which we speak is all a gift what they gave.
From sacrificing sleeps for we being sick, till waking up early to cook something healthy she did all she could. but givin it a thot what have we done so far in return.. All What we are left to do is Make her proud. To all hardship she faced, to all love what she have showered. .
